Autocraft of Torrance

DO NOT LET AUTOCRAFT work on your car! I took my black Acura TL 8 times to get body work done. I had a bike rack (roof mount) that came off the car and needed body work done on the top and left side of the car. They had to remove the rear windshield to do the repairs. After the job was complete weeks later the paint started to lift, crack, and bubble and they had to repair it 8 (EIGHT) times. Now after a few months later after the last repair job I discovered rust developing under the lip of the rear windshield. I brought this attention to Acura dealership and they brought out a representative from Honda Corp. to inspect the rust issue and the report was poor workmanship.
I brought this attention back to Autocraft and they denied any wrong doing and they would not fix the problem. Mind you I had this car for 7 years with no rust problems until Autocraft got their hands on it. I spoke with the owner of the company and he said there’s nothing they can do. I told them that I will settle this situation in court.

I have had several cars fixed here over the years and sent many friends. We have always experienced professionalism and good work at autocraft. Most recently they sent a tow truck to the scene of the accident and picked me up with in the hour. The car was repaired in a timely manner and looks great. My insurance company State Farm worked with them directly and under the program guarentees the repairs for the lifetime I own the car. They really made a bad situation into a good experience.

Got my car painted and worked on here by choice. Talked to Hector D, great guy that is real honest and wont try to get more money out of you than what is a fair price. I have a modified Mustang so I know about whats fair as far as prices for this type of work go. Very happy with the price for the amount of work I got done. The job was top notch, I am very happy with the quality of the work. Paint turned out a perfect match (Ingot Silver).
And I would just like to point out that just because theres two bad reviews (to which there are two sides of the story) doesnt mean they do bad work. Most people who get great service like me dont usually go out of their way to review.
My brother also got his car done here and will give a positive rating too. Two very happy customers who are very picky as Hector will tell you.

they arent very good at repairs. i had to come back here 3 more times after they handed back my keys for alignment, wind noise and hood alignment. Seriously, do it right the first time please. I dont know how this place is AAA recommended.

The best auto repair shop I’ve ever been in.
People are really nice and their work is very professional and of excellent quality.
I’ll definitely come back to this shop when I get a problem with my car.
