* Great caregivers — compassionate, competent and punctual (when the show up)
* Office staff very responsive and nice
Hate:
* Do not have their act together as far as scheduling. Too many changes in care givers. Does not appear they have good communications with their staff.
Next time? I think it is inevitable that I will hire caregivers again. So next time??? Maybe.
