BEWARE people this company sells on AMAZON as well under the name ADORNMENTS APLENTY they care less about standing behind there product of cheap flimsy junk, I spent a bit of money on several items, and shipped to my daughters address, and we opened all items together a few weeks after delivery (4weeks from time of ordering) the MOTHER OF THE BRIDE pin broke in my hand when trying to unclasp the pin to put it on… the company will not honor a replacement… they are offering a 50% discount for me to purchase another, if the first broke, why should I be buying anything else from you, like I was going to… but NOT NOW… BUYERS BEWARE… and you bet as a AMAZON PRIME customer Amazon will here about this place as well… and so will every review board I can get my comment to… shame mind you… it is the principle… not the money, do what’s right by your customers… IDIOTS! My daughter is not getting married for a year… you just lost some business I will pay double for things I liked on your site vs. buying it from you!

So many super cute accessories to choose from, made planning my friends Bachelorette Party a blast! :D The custom tank-​tops were adorable! They have everything you could possibly need or want, and I also received great customer service. They were such a pleasure to work with, which was so refreshing because I hear there are some awful companies in the industry. Thank you!

I should have read the reviews before purchasing from APG. This company has been a nightmare to work with and the owner, Sandy could not be more ruthless.
I purchased two pair of ballet flats for my daughters for an event ($ 68 each) and when they arrived, one pair was too small. I contacted them via phone and a rep Erika (who was friendly) told me to order a 3^rd pair and have them shipped and then I could just return the the smaller pair for a refund. I did that and sent the smaller pair back and after two months, I finally saw a refund for $ 35. Wow, I wrote them stating their must be a mistake. Apparently I was not told on the phone that there was a 25% restocking fee. I emailed Sandy K (owner) and said I was disappointed with the lack of communication, the time it has taken for us to receive a refund (not the mention the $$$ shipping costs they charged us on every order!) She finally responded with
«Actually, our policy is that we do not take returns on dyed shoes, so I’m not sure why this was allowed and will have to follow up with my staff.»
If I knew that Sandy and was told when I explained to your staff the situation, I probably would have passed on ordering that third pair!
Terrible customer service. Buyer Beware!

Placed a large order that had several custom items. I gave them very short notice but they said they could handle it. Of the 30 + items, all but 2 made it with time to spare. The last 2 items were special order and were dropped shipped from their supplier. They arrived 2 days before our deadline. I would recommend them!

Ordered 135 truffles boxes from them which said would hold two pieces of candy. Did not tell me shipping until AFTER the order processed. Ended up being way more than I anticipated. I got the boxes and they are too small and will hold 1 truffle. Here’s the kicker, they don’t take returns! I would highly recommend avoid this company. Either buy locally when you can see the product or order from a place with a flexible return policy.

I’ve purchased some pink/​teal ribbon apparel from this very nice, Christian company. If you want to buy from a company with values, who cares about their customer, then this is your chance. Nice experience.

I ordered a dog shirt for my wedding back in April and have yet to receive the product. I have been trying to get in touch to resolve the issue without resolution. I have called and called to get in touch with the company. I do not trust them to get me the shirt in a timely manner or even give me a refund.

Ordered a «Bride to Be» sash for a bachelorette party and needed it on a rush order. It arrived on time and was beautiful. The bride loved it!

Super disappointing. I ordered 2 pairs of bridal flip flops from Advantage Bridal. After a few days, I received a call letting me know that 1 of the 2 pairs of shoes was not available and that I would receive a refund. Another couple of days later I received a second call telling me they don’t have my size in the 2^nd pair of flip flops and can I wait an extra few days — I said yes, I could. Today, almost a full week later, I received a voice mail asking me to call back and an email with random pairs of flip flops and a note asking if any of these would work. I was confused and when I called them back was told they don’t have the 2^nd pair of shoes. I told them that I was frustrated and unhappy to have received 3 phone calls –over 2 weeks– to be told my order was cancelled. I was then told that I’d be transferred with a manager. I held a couple of minutes and when Cindy came back to the phone all she said was, «You’ll be receiving an email confirming your refund. Thank you.» and hung up. If you want to feel like you’re wasting time, that your business means nothing, and that you’re not important, these are the people to do business with!

Buyer beware. If you 100% positively trust that Advantage Bridal will send exactly what you ordered without any defects, then go ahead and order. If you are concerned about them standing behind a defective product, then don’t risk it. They will absolutely not accept a return or exchange for any bathing suit regardless of the situation.
I will start with the positive.
Advantage Bridal has cute gift items with plenty of options to personalize them. Second, their customer service professionals are personable and are good at follow up. However, that is where the positive aspect of my experience ends.
I purchased several bridal items for my sister’s wedding shower. They don’t give you a very specific estimate of when an item will ship. I do understand that this is probably due to the «specialized» nature of the product personalization, however, after being a purveyor of this type of product in an established business for any length of time, I believe that they would have a better idea of timing.
To be safe, I ordered with plenty of lead time in order to receive my gifts in a timely manner and to meet the deadline of the party. I assume that most people ordering bridal wardrobe have some type of timeline to meet.
The item that I had trouble with is a white bikini that says «wifey» on the bottoms. On the site, the «Wifey» suit has it’s own page, and looks to be a general in stock item. I did not have her name added, and I did no special personalization. I bought the stock item on the website.
I was concerned with a white bathing suit being see-​through when it got wet, so before I purchased it, I did my diligence by calling the company to address my question. They assured me that it was lined, and that «nobody» had a problem with the suit, so I went ahead and ordered.
I did receive the suit within the vast timeline I was given. I then gifted it to my sister for her shower. A couple of weeks later, she tried it on after rinsing the suit out before it’s first wear. The bathing suit was completely transparent. Thankfully, my sister’s trial run with the suit was not on a beach or in a public place.
Basically, when I called about the problem, I explained what had happened and asked if there was something we could do. I would have been happy to have them exchange it for another similar suit in a color that was not transparent.
Again, the customer service rep was personable, but I was basically told that because it had been more than 30 days (remember, you have to order with plenty of time which is more than 6 weeks in order to meet your personal deadline), because they have «never» had a problem with the suit before, and because it was «personalized» (again note that I ordered straight off the site with no personal name or reference), and because they have a no return policy on bathing suits, then I had no recourse other than to order another pair of bottoms (doesn’t help with the bikini top transparency) even though this seemed to be a maker defect.
When I reminded them that I had called before purchase to check on this very issue, but was told that it wouldn’t be a problem, I was given some «fixes.» The company suggested that I pay to have a seamstress line the suit (it’s already lined). It was suggested that I buy another pair of bottoms with more coverage (my sister is thin. The problem wasn’t the amount of material, but that the material is transparent even with the lining that comes in it). I was told that she could wear a thong with the suit which isn’t acceptable on many levels least of which is that the bikini is a side string tie (and, by the way, what does she do about the top?). I was told that she could SHAVE everything! REALLY!!! I was told that maybe it is just her because she is tan… ummm, she is tan from the sun. The places that the bikini covers are NOT tan. then the rep alluded to the fact that maybe my sister was just too modest.
We grew up on the beach in Southern California. We have both worn white bathing suits with no issue. Aside from that, there are privacy policies in public arenas. Thongs are not acceptable. Does Advantage Bridal think that a transparent bikini is going to be ok, and that the problem is my sister’s «modesty» of not wanting her chest and lower half to be viewable to the world? I know her fiancé is not ok with that.
Ultimately, there was nothing they would do to rectify the situation, so my recourse is to never order from them again and to post my experience. I am doing both things.
What doesn’t make sense to me is the company not working with me. I have 5 weddings this year (including multiple showers and bachelorette parties for each) in addition to several other wedding events for my sister all in 2012 alone. This was the first. Advantage Bridal would have had thousands of dollars worth of business from me in the future had my experience not been so terrible.
I guess it’s just another case of penny-​wise and pound foolish.

Great products yes… but awful customer service and $$$$ shipping charges. I ordered something so small, stickers for $ 8 and was charged $ 9 for shipping. But they only show you what you’re paying for shipping after you give your credit card info and the order is processed. I live a 45 min away and $ 9 for shipping for something that was $ 8 and could have been sent in 4X6 ENVELOPE is ridiculous… I’LL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN NO MATTER HOW CUTE OR GOOD LOOKING THEIR PRODUCTS ARE. And when I called to speak with them about it all they could do was have me ship the product back and credit me for the product. «They needed to cover their shipping charges». Very poor customer service.

I saw Advantage Bridal at one of the bridal shows and loved their merchandise in person — everything was sooo cute! When I started looking for tank tops online for myself and my lovely bridesmaids, none of the other sites allowed for as much customization until I stumbled onto Advantage Bridal. But wait, what was the name of the place I saw at the show? I went home and looked through my stuff and hey, it WAS Advantage Bridal. After browsing through their clothing for 2+ hours, I finally found THE tank I wanted for my wedding party — customized with my wedding colors for the fabric and the rhinestones. I even got to pick my own font! The price is decent and I was happy with the quality of the products I received. They have lots of bridal and wedding related stuff and after doing some price comparing online, they actually don’t over charge for their products.
The only downside is how slow everything took. Yes, I did say that I had 3 weeks to wait but it felt like forever given how excited I was to get everything. When I used their online form for status update and questions, they went unanswered for days. I finally called 3 days before my «Required Date» and they shipped that same day. Coincidence?
I would come back and order more stuff but maybe shell out the extra $ on faster turnaround. Make sure you have PLENTY of time between the order date and required date. Lots of cute stuff that appears to all have decent quality but unfortunately like everything in the wedding industry, they take forever.

I wanted to offer personalized tee’s with our company logo. Sandy and her team customized a very high-​quality product with little effort and amazing response time.
My clients are very happy with their crystal tees and I am very proud of them.
