We were on a construction deadline when our contractor found toxic mold. We were referred to Advanced Environmental and are very glad we went with them. They were quick to get back to us and scheduled our appointment quickly. They communicated everything in a timely manner and were finished in less than a week. Mold inspection came back clean!

This company was AWESOME to work with! I had a major mold remediation issue and they did a great job removing all the mold and scrubbing the air. Martin was VERY knowledgeable and answered all my questions without annoyance :) This company is honest, dependable and offers great customer service. If I could, I would give Ray and his band of thieves a negative 4000! Steer clear and don’t buy into into these phony, glowing reviews! They ripped off my house and pretty much picked it clean of things that were, while not necessarily expensive or of high street value, they were things that were important to me. And I guess I have good taste, because they took everything from bedding to towels to artwork, software to bathroom items like makeup, Sonicare toothbrush heads, on and on and on. They knew I was long-​term away from home and took their time to pick my house AND my garage clean of all the cool things they wanted. You’ve been forewarned!!! I had to have my locks rekeyed! And they ripped off (broke) and threw away an antique dresser handle on one side of the bedroom, while having smashed an antique armoire into the wall on the other side. Ray is a liar extraordinaire and doesn’t even return calls, and I can’t wait for him to be lodged in that special place in hell that is waiting for him!

They were extremely professional & got right to work cleaning out the dryer duct. They covered their shoes & the work area & left everything cleaner than before they started. Office staff was also great to work with.

Advanced Environmental were great. They did the mold remediation work on three rooms and the job came in on time and on budget. Their work passed lab test inspection without a hitch. They left the place really clean and tidy. Everyone from the office staff to the workmen to the foreman were a pleasure to deal with and Martin, the foreman kept me posted at all times. I highly recommend them.

I got several estimates from low to high and they were the most reasonable and practical. You know you are working with licensed and knowledgeable guys who do quality work. With the direction of Gold Safety they were able to remediate the mold and save the bathroom tile my clients just put in a month ago. Another company insisted on ripping it all out! It’s not a fun project or experience, but Ray & Alfonso make it simple. It was nice to be able to hand it over to the experts and get it done correctly. I was able to go on vacation and not have worry because my clients were in good hands. Being a Realtor, we have to use the best with the highest standards to protect ourselves and our clients from any future liability. I hope I don’t have to go through another mold situation again, but if I do, I can rest assure and call Advanced Environmental right away.

Advanced Environmental was so professional and helpful. They were quick to come check on the leak in our master closet. Their bid was reasonable and their work is outstanding. Ray, the owner, was on site to check on things, just to make sure we were satisfied. Alfonso and the crew on site were so thorough and knowledgeable.
Side note: we had a separate issue come up during the mold remediation, and Advanced Environmental was quick to step in and address that issue as well.
We are totally satisfied with the work done, the guys working at Advanced Environmental, and how expedient they were.
