— Papa Burger — tasted better than I would expect from a fast food joint. The meat was grilled pretty well and was thick and meaty.
— Potato wedges — Also tasted better than I expected. I happily finished all of them.
— Root Beer Float — Very sugary and did not taste like natural vanilla ice cream. It was just cheap vanilla ice cream sweetened with corn syrup.
OVERALL
As far as big chain, fast-​food burger joints go, I think this is one of the better ones for sure.

Just so you know, this place is KFC and A&W combined; but it’s primarily a KFC establishment with a few A&W items. This has to be one of the slowest fast food service chains I’ve ever been to. It was just my crony and I in the building and we had to wait 15+ minutes for our order. In fact, when they served us, they still weren’t finished making my root beer float so I had to wait for that once I got my food. The only redeeming factor was that the lady at the counter was nice. However, being nice doesn’t cover the paltry service.
The food definitely tastes above average, but you’re paying upwards to $ 9 just for a meal here. There are way better places to get your fast food fix for sure.

The lady at the drive thru is a complete moron.
She didn’t get the order right (Which I understand happens sometimes) but then she went on to suggest that it was my fault for her incompetence.
If you can’t get orders for two cars in the drive thru straight then working a fast food joint is way too high level for your brain. You should be working doing something more stupid like holding signs on the street. Everybody has a place.
FYI: It’s funny how they created a new Unilocal profile for A&W to try to save face when the KFC got owned with accurate negative reviews. Nice try. But bad service will always destroy your business. Time to start firing and make some adjustments for the better.

If you sign up for the A&W mug club you get a free root beer float on your birthday. I came to redeem my birthday float the other day and the staff was very welcoming. The store was nice and clean and I was in and out in a matter of minutes with a free root beer float. Thanks A&W!!!
