History

Established in 2013.

1^st Stop Urgent Care & Family Practice was opened with a new name in August 2013, to emphasize the full complement of medical services we provide to the community. The change in name also designates the addition of physicians and staff, including new Dr. Raphael Argueta as the new Medical Director.

For over 30 years, we had been known to all as the Coastal Medical Group. Dr. Jeffrey Ostriker had built a quality reputation with his patients through exceptional care for his patients, and assisted in the transition as Dr. Argueta has taken over. We are looking to make an impact within the community — and all of Los Angeles County — by continuing to run an office focused on quality, integrity, and individualization of the excellent care we provide.
