We are a Topeka law office providing representation in chapter 7 and chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy. We practice in all three Kansas bankruptcy courts located in Wichita, Topeka, and Kansas City, KS.

Business Owner

I worked in 2006 – 2007 as a Psycho-​social Rehabilitation professional for Team Supportive Services in Saint Anthony, Idaho. I opened my office right out of law school.

My experience as a social worker helped me to understand that we are all faced with unique challenges. I have realized that while there is a stigma that follows bankruptcy, the stigma of bankruptcy often pales in comparison to the qualities of those who need to file bankruptcy. My experience has given me the ability to not only help clients file their bankruptcy, but to also empathize with their situation, to care about the outcome of their case, and to help put them on a track that will lead to a fresh start.

If I were to sum up my style as an attorney in a single word, it would be ‘personable’. The human element is what I live most about me job. I like to work with real people with genuine needs. I like to know my clients and feel comfortable with them and more importantly I like them to feel comfortable with me.
