So, we had to return two dishes, one was over cooked steak, the other was they gave a fully fried catfish to a 6 year old bones and all, she said she gave us a look when we ordered it rather then speaking up, and get this, my wife and I bill was seprate from a party of 6, my bill came to a total of $ 22.67 no complaints there, i handed her a $ 20 and 4 $ 1 bills total of $ 1.33 tip but thats all i had unless i wanted to break a $ 20 again plus the other half of the party said they just tip 30% to make up for it anyways. The waitress comes back and asks me if I wanted the $ 1.33 change back, if you cant tell by now from what you just read she basically just asked for a larger tip. So inside i was pissed cuz its a tip, ya youre a waitress but youve been rude all night so you get what you get plus we will make it right with the other half of the bill. But you should never come back and ask that. Very rude of her, i broke a 20 and gave her two extra dollars. There happy? Now you can buy what a gallon of gas? Well if you were smart you would have shut your mouth and waited for the 30% tip which just got knocked down to15% of a what im guessing a 80 – 100 dollar bill but just under 100. Could of made $ 15 extra bucks instead of the $ 2. I also hope you read this and maybe next time just ask did you want change? Would of gotten the point across just as much but in a hell of a nicer way.
