College Park Office Suites is the newest affordable office complex in Topeka, with great rates on office leasing as well as conference, spare office and event space rentals. Not to be confused with College Hill. We are locally owned and operated with owners on site. Will and Christina Nicklin have been on site since March 2014.

College Park also offers Virtual offices with safe and secure mail and package delivery (no po boxes) to give you a local Topeka business presence.

Multiple office suite combinations available with office furniture if needed at no additional cost. College Park has a conference Room, meeting room, break room, kitchen, large lobby and onsite storage available with lease (or on a rental basis as needed if no lease). Secretarial services and book keeping also available for as little as a hour here or there to perform the small time consuming tasks, ie; cold calls, follow up emails. Established in 2014.

College Park Office Suites took over the old staffing agency that was here for 15+ years. We have been leasing out offices since March on the first and second floors.
