Bailey’s move our house hold items from KS to OR in July. The level of frustration has been unbelievable. We pack many of the items and they finished. They could not find a truck and driver to deliver our items. The labels on the items were in three colors with repeating numbers making it nearly impossible to track as the items were unloaded. Your riding lawnmower was missing. I called and was told we did not have a riding mower (I was essentially called a liar). After checking they found our lawnmower. We had a number of items that were damaged and completed the claim. My electric trimmer was not delivered, called again and they finally agreed that it was not delivered and and was instructed to add it to the claim. Today we received a letter that the claim for the trimmer was denied. One continuous run around after another.
