C. Marila Taveras, MD, began medical school at the age of 16. Dr. Taveras the owner and Supervising Pediatrician at Tooele Pediatrics, located at Mountain West Medical center in Tooele. Dr. Taveras was a clinical research coordinator at Columbia University, and studies and specialized in Pediatrics at a Cornell-​affiliated hospital in the heart of New York City. She is the only Spanish speaking Pediatrician in Tooele, and the surrounding areas.
