Tim Hortons

Horrible service. It was like watching a bunch of blind monkeys screw in a light bulb. Over three orders were messed up while we were here, including mine. Please avoid this Tim Horton’s. It will take over 20 minutes to get a plain bagel with cream cheese.

I’m going to start by saying, shame on me. Even though they never get my order right, forget items from my order, and just simply can not accommodate a simple request like making bacon extra crispy, I still go back. NOT ANYMORE, GOOD BYE TIMMY HOEs. The last straw, I walk in and place my order (the only customer in the store BTW). 10 minutes later, sorry we do not have the item you ordered due to the fact that it is «messed up». She then offered for wasting my time and compromising their service «I’ll give you a refund». I replied, calmly, «OK, actually just refund the whole thing». At this point I was disappointed, not mad. I just wanted to go somewhere else as I was buying lunch for someone else as well as for me. The inept «cashier», took approximately 5 to 8 minutes to prepare the computer to give me a credit back on my card (total time in the restaurant now about 15 to 20 minutes). Still not mad. I look down and if I was not paying attention I would have missed that she was preparing to give me $ 2.00 less than I was charged. That was the last straw… The amount of money that Tim Horton’s has stolen from me over the months hit critical mass. If this happens to me so frequently I’m sure others have endured a similar loss. I was disgusted to consider the amount of money this (loosely stated) «restaurant», has pilfered from its honest customers. STAY AWAY FROM TIM HORTON’S, simply stated they actively steal from their customers. Demand good service, we deserve it as hard working honest people. I hesitated leaving a review as being forced to give one star unjustly gives them some praise. PS I called their corporate offices so that I could assure that the owner was aware of this locations misgivings, however I can never get through. Lastly, the food isn’t that great.

It’s nice to know on days that I don’t pack a lunch that there is still good service in the area. Went through the drive thru and the woman was so detailed and efficient. By the time I got to the window (which was right away) my food was almost done. I probably waited 3 – 4 minutes if that! It was great service and great for my busy work lifestyle!

I went thru the drive thru and purchased a medium decaf black coffee to drink while having my hair done at nearby location. I am very unhappy with the temperature of my coffee, it is only luke warm !!! Shame on Tim
Hortons …I thought coffee was fresh every 20 minutes if so this would not be lukewarm. I should have gone to McDonalds and got 1.00 cup of coffee that would wonderfully hot !

I am a regular because I love Timmy Hoes… But for whatever reason this one always fails to deliver. The employees are kind and friendly but yesterday I received a breakfast sandwich with nothing but sausage! And I wanted egg & cheese!
