Michael Olear, the Lead Broker, has been a full time realtor since 1987. He currently serves on the Network in Aging and University of Buffalo School of Management Alumni boards. He also chairs the UB School of Management Center for Entrepeneurial Leadership Alumni. He and the other team members hold a variety of advanced designation including Certified Residential Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and NY State Appraisal Licensure.

The Olear Team, Inc. is organized as a sub chapter S corporation and is housed within the MJ Peterson brokerage. This cooperative arrangement allows us to deliver the highest level of marketing services possible due to our affiliation with a major market share company while maintaining our autonomy and personal, organized, task oriented approach to real estate marketing. The Olear Team, Inc. unlike almost every other competitor employs a transaction coordinator, a marketing coordinator and other administrative staff so that we can provide a well organized and comprehensive plan of action tailored to every clients needs.
