Overall good coffee! We went through the drive thru 3x while we were there for a wedding. They didn’t know what ‘less sweet’ was… maybe that was my fault for not being clearer. :) Fruit & yogurt parfait was really fresh & yummy!

So average. The food: Average. I had a pistachio muffin which clearly had pistachios in it but was rather dry. I had a wrap of some sort from here before as well. Average. Coffee: Average. It’s a struggle nowadays to find a good cup of coffee. Service: Below Average. Why is there only one or two people working at all times? This confuses me, especially because it takes like ten minutes to get a cup of coffee. Don’t you guys know I need my caffeine fix? Location: Average. Not too busy, but not slow enough where I’m always being attended to in a quick manner(see aforementioned averageness of the service.) Bathrooms: Average. Hit or miss cleanliness. Feel/seating: Above average. The chairs are super comfortable which I appreciate because I’ve never been there for less than an hour and I’ve extended my stay there for up to four. Comfort, comfort, comfort is everything in a coffee place. Oh, and pricing is ridiculous. I paid 2.01 for a small coffee. For the experience you have, I’m not sure that’s worth it. That’s negative average for you guys. I keep coming back here because there aren’t a ton of people that stick around, so you can have a comfortable chair experience and a good conversation with little distraction. If it wasn’t around though, I think my life would still run smoothly. Just sayin’.

Surprisingly enough it was a great experience. This was my first time going to a coffee culture and i was definitely pleasantly surprised I got the Nutella mocha-chino I believe was the name and I have to say it was perfect wasn’t to thick not two watery and the customer service was incredible the rep allowed us to actually try it before decided to get another one with a coupon. All in all this is a good place to go if you want to sit and relax with some coffee.

My coworkers and I frequently hold out-of-office meetings at Coffee Culture. The indoor setup is ideal for group discussions. They have a few corner tables that seat up to eight people. The chairs are all very comfortable. The room is always perfectly clean. I also like the coffee shop décor. The coffee itself is pretty good. I like their Chai Lattes and regular coffee. They sometimes mess up my order when I go through the drive thru, but that’s usually when I am picking up coffee for several people on my way to work. The food is always good. They have a good selection of salads, wraps, sandwiches and baked goods.

I’d really like to give a much better review of this place because I’ve had such good experiences in previous years. But, recently, the story tends to be the same. The prices are super high, the drinks are super okay, and the service is super alright. The location itself is very clean and is a fine place to have a meeting or get together because the atmosphere is pretty respectful and quiet. There’s a TV but there’s no sound. And the music so subtle that I can’t even reliably tell that they were playing music. The food portions are tasty, but extremely small for the prices you’re paying. I got a reuben sandwich and it was barely larger than my balled up fist. Tasty, but it definitely left me wanting and i spent $ 12 to be fed. I HAD good experiences here when the staff was different, more attentive, and properly scheduled. When the food and drink was priced a little more fairly. When I didn’t want to complain after leaving there. But now, it’s just a constant disappointment.

I love a good coffee shop. There’s nothing better than kicking back on a comfy chair with a good book or paper and relaxing with a hot cup of joe with a fresh pastry which is why I tend to skip the major chains because they just feel fake. Unfortunately that’s the feeling I get from this place. They did a good job converting an old fast food joint into a coffee shop. There are plenty of tables and comfy chairs and it’s wide open to have the correct layout for a coffee shop, but it just felt forced. The staff was extremely nice, but coffee was surprisingly average. I did like that they had an ok pastry selection, but not nearly as expansive as a Tim Hortons or a Panera Bread. It had better vibe than those places, but I will on the lookout for another spot the next time I’m in town.

My review is based solely on the Hazelnut Latte. They use Monin syrups so my latte was great! The espresso wasnt super strong but that day I didn’t care. If I was in the area again I’d definitely stop back.

I was surprised to see how much this place reminded me if Starbucks. I mean… even the atmosphere and menu reminded me of Starbucks. I think that goes to show that Starbucks is the standard when it comes to coffee shops. especially if this is the vibe I received instantly from CC. Not a complaint. just an observation ! Besides that. the staff at Coffee Culture was very friendly and helpful. Even though I knew what I wanted before I stepped foot inside… it was good to see a helpful staff offering other options. I ordered an americano, which is my usual. My boyfriend was with me and he ordered a french vanilla iced coffee.(super tasty! almost regretted my americao) Both were served quickly with a smile. It was $ 2.80 for a double americano which is a little overpriced compared to other places that can make a good americano around 2 bucks. but it still filled my «I need an americano» craving. Yes I’m a java junky. All in all. We were both content with our coffee purchases. and I can easily say I’d come back to this place if there wasnt another coffee shop around…

Nice atmosphere and a lot of seating. I think their food and drinks are overpriced and ¾ times I’m unhappy with how my drink tastes. I spend a lot of time and money here mostly because of the free wifi.

This is a good coffee shop, nothing really special about the offerings, but pretty solid if you can’t hit your favorite on a trip. The problem for me was nothing special about the coffee, the atmosphere and comfort were fine, but it’s tough to run a coffee shop and not make the coffee a shade special.

It’s generally fine in there although it seems to be a hangout for sullen Asian UB college students and the odd oldster here and there. The food is decent enough and they have a range of teas that work for people who don’t drink coffee. I was in there recently and some foreign woman(probably a student) had her bare foot up on a table — and not just for a moment. She sat there with that nasty foot up for quite a while. We were pretty grossed out about it.

Not all coffee cultures have improved. I’m not a fan of this Coffee Culture location. Yes, the place is bigger with more seating. However, the staff isn’t as friendly as the ones at the Elmwood location. They burned my breakfast sandwiches. bleh.

I haven’t been to Coffee Culture for a year, and decided to give it one more chance. I am not happy I did. I feel like all Coffee Cultures are a step above going to Tim Horton’s, it has the same fast food feel. It is by far the worst chain of any sit down coffee shops in the Buffalo. The workers are very non-personal, don’t smile, and seem like they can’t wait to get off the clock. I like to pour my own cream and sugar, not to be made to feel like I can’t be trusted with taking to much. The coffee is ok, not good or great. The one thing that coffee culture has going for them is they do have a nice seating area, but very few plugs for computers. I’d say don’t waste your time with Coffee Culture and just stick to Spot Coffee or Starbucks, I know I will.

As far as sitting somewhere and feeling cool while drinking tea goes, this place wins. It’s a little bit of a hipster haven in suburbia, and I appreciate it due to my pathetic hipster tendencies and cheap suburban apartment. It’s the kind of place where you wish you were on Elmwood, but you’re not, so you’ll pretend and order a fare trade green tea to sip while fiddling on your MacBook, iPad, iPod, or other Apple product.

I tend to camp out at Coffee Culture when I’m visiting my papers and have work that needs to get done. They have free wireless and plugs in every booth, which makes it a great place to get stuff done. It also helps that the clientele tends to be older, quiet people. It’s also a nice place to meet friends and have a long conversation because it is never completely full. The coffee is alright. It’s not close to my local coffee shop in Cambridge, but it’s decent and hard to complain about. I’ve heard really great things about the food, and the one dessert I’ve had there was quite good. For the most part the staff is friendly — not overly perky, but they’re nice. It seems like last time I was there, some issues arose about getting people their food in a timely manner, but it didn’t affect me, so I’m wary to judge. Also, my mother was there once when a stack of paper cups fell over — and the woman working the counter just picked them off the floor and put them back. So she warns me not to get anything in a paper cup when I go… All in all a relaxing place to sit and visit and get work done.

Nice atmosphere, decent selection, good coffee, and the free wi-fi is a big bonus. Good place to either sit and relax with your laptop or a book, or meet up with friends. Their prices are on the high side for my liking, otherwise I would have rated it higher.

New Coffee Culture coffee shop just opened up in the building that used to house Long John Silver’s. Their beverages are decent, and they have a small menu of made-to-order sandwiches/salads as well as a daily soup selection. They also offer a few ice cream flavors which you can choose to serve on top of a freshly made waffle. It seems to be getting pretty good business as there are no nearby competing coffee shops. Every time i drive by, there are always cars in the parking lot. The place is new so it’s super clean, nicely decorated and has a drive through. My favorite thing about it is that it’s a great place to study. There are plenty of tables with nearby electrical outlets plus free wi-fi internet and good lighting. So far each time I’ve gone in the weekday to read or work on my computer the other customers are mostly older people(50s+) so it doesn’t get too loud.
