Description

Specialties

At Wallach’s Farms we wear a couple different hats. The Farm Market offers farm fresh eggs, locally grown produce (seasonally), and a variety of grocery items. We have a newly renovated, upscale deli which offers unique sandwiches, wraps, and salads as well as name brand deli products from Boar’s Head, Thuman’s, and Dietz and Watson. Our catering services provide a menu w/everything for parties large or small; in addition we can staff your event w/servers and bartenders. Finally, we provide wholesale services to restaurants and stores in Ocean & Monmouth County, providing our customers w/farm fresh eggs and locally grown produce; we strongly believe in the farm to table movement.

History

Established in 1926.

Wallach’s Farms opened in 1926 & began as an egg farm; distributing eggs throughout Ocean and Monmouth County. For more than 50 years we serviced the community and had a small general store which sold eggs and dairy products.

In August 1992, Wallach’s got a major face-lift and opened a full scale farm market and deli. In addition, we began a catering operation which we have become known for in Ocean County. Throughout, we have continued to provide a full scale wholesale operation which distinguishes itself w/quality and service.

To date, the farm market continues to offer fresh; farm to table products such as eggs, produce and dairy. Our deli department has expanded and now encompasses the back section of the store. We continue to try and service the community w/quality products at reasonable prices and believe strongly in the farm to table philosophy.
