Specialties

We offer classes in Self Defense, Brazilian Jiu-​Jitsu, MMA style Striking techniques as well as cardio and conditioning classes.

Our self defense classes are designed for real world situations. We are one of the few Vee Arnis Jitsu schools in New Jersey. Vee Arnis Jitsu utilizes joint locks, breaks, throws, and ground movements of Judo as well as Ju Jitsu.

Vee Arnis Jitsu is also partially on the Filipino Arnis, which includes edge weapons and stick fighting techniques.

The Training Center of NJ is a Vincente Junior affiliate. BJJ classes are available for children as young as 8.

We have age appropriate Martial Arts classes for kids, teens and adults.

Established in 2013.

Frank Ursino has over 20 years of experience in martial arts as an instructor as well as a participant. His experience includes training everyone from kids to law enforcement professionals.

Business Owner

Frank Ursino has been involved in Martial Arts for over 25 years. Frank holds black belts in Vee Arnis Jitsu as well as several black belts in karate.

His instructional experience includes children’s classes, law enforcement and military personal and professional MMA fighters.
