DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR DOOR!!! This company prays on seniors and takes advantage of them. On multiple occasions one of their techs knocked on my door and when my father answered he asked for him to open the garage door. When he asked why the tech got upset and said open the garage door louder and more forceful and then threatened to call the police on my father for what I don’t know. That is when I stepped in each time and as soon as I did the tech left each time. When I called the company to complain I was told their techs don’t do that and I must be mistaking them for another company. This happened 3 times, all in the fall and we never called them to work on anything any of those times. The one time they actually were called a tech that knew very little about heating showed up, claimed to be an out of work teacher, quoted an extremely high price, around $ 500 then said if he does nothing but sign us up for their service contract it would only cost us $ 50 for that service call and $ 80 for the contract and the work would be covered under that. It seemed that the tech really wasn’t a tech but a contract salesman and the real tech would be there at a later date. Do yourself a favor and find a better company to fix our heater or A/​C.
