This place is horrible, over priced, and the quality of the food is not worth the price you pay for it at all. The lady at the window took 5 minutes to come to the speaker. After ordering my food and pulling up to the window she had my food in 2minutes which means it wasn’t freash. I get home and the chow mein tasted like it had been under a heating lamp for 3 days, it was disgusting. I was so mad I threw it away and didn’t even eat it.

I would seriously give this location a big fat 0, it does not deserve a star. Had to wait 40 minutes to receive my food… Ordered the chicken teryiaki was told 10 minute wait, which was fine cause I had time to spare, sit at the drive through window for 15 mins just to have them tell me to pull around the corner… there was not even anybody behind me; so went ahead and did like they asked, ended up waiting another 20 – 25 min. They must have forgotten about me cause I had to go in there and ask them what was going on with my order. Apparently they gave my food to someone else. I asked to speak to the manager and got the response«he’s not in right now» then told them I wanted a refund, nope can’t do that without the manager being there. Well since I already paid for it, I grabbed my food and left… I will never return here again.

This location gives Panda Express a bad name. Over 30 minute wait one night in the DRIVETHROUGH. They prompted me for a 6 min cook wait, then another 6 minutes because of miscommunication with the chef. Finally after they closed(30 minutes after my initial 12 minute wait) they decided it would be a good idea to bring my cold two entrée plate to my truck(they forgot I was waiting). Got my food and it was incomplete. I was astonished. At this point they actually ask me to my face If I’d be willing to wait another six minutes. Lol… who’s running this place? I ate at this Mexican restaurant the following week where I SATDOWN and got my food in TENMINUTES with nothing wrong. I hope they close down. Hands down the worst customer service Tomball Texas has ever seen. I’m disappointed that I can’t take the one star away to rate it. Update 2÷17÷16 This location made a huge turn around last yr. They tell you about waits and have not run out of food since they gotten better. Food seems a lot more fresh and the quality has definitely gone up. Customer service is also completely different. Very successful turnaround.

My mother in law and sister really love panda express, so I went with them. I asked for anything they had that wasn’t covered in sauce. They said I could have steamed rice or chicken that was pre marinated, but they grill. even the veggies come covered in a sauce. They say they chop veggies fresh daily, so I guess these guys are just lazy. youare better off getting frozen Chinese food from the grocery store and reheating it yourself.
