Nice clean place. I’ve been here three times and have not been disappointed. PRices reasonable. You can also opt for additional foot massage or shoulder and neck massage. I’ve had nails and pedicures here and they can also do them at the same time.

I always love going in there. They always treat me well and I usually go with my friend. I have not found a place like this near were I live. So I drive here when I can.

This place was absolutely horrible! We went in as a wedding party of 6 called weeks ahead for an appointment and they would even sit us near each other. The lady couldn’t understand most of what I said. She put tips on my nails that were way to wide for my nails. When I asked her to file them more because they were too wide she got furious with me. Said she was charging me extra because I wanted longer nails. My moms mani was so sloppy you could see white parts of her nail where they didn’t even polish. It was obvious their goal is quantity over quality, you feel the entire time as if they just want to get you out ASAP. They WAY overcharged for very subpar services

I was very disappointed with the service and management. I went for mani– pedi and eyebrows. I was out in 15 minutes. It looked like it. They earned 48.00. In the past, I had Mona do my nails and she was happy and wonderful and gentle. She left. Boo hop for me.

Uhhhh worse experience with a nail salon everrrr! I went here to get my nails taken off and of course the lady talked me into getting a refill. This is not my reason for a bad review. No. If it was a good refill I would have been fine and on my way. But no. I get clear solar nails so I can get any color painted over gel or regular polish. Well I asked for white tip which is 5 bucks more. So if I’m paying extra I would like it to look nice. She does my nails so fast and cuts me. On top of that my nails look a hot mess! My mom even said something because she wasnt getting the color every where it should have been. Well I was still being calm. I ended up asking her «please be patient and take your time» very very nicely. I think she was new or something idk. When I got home I spent 15 MORE MINUTES FIXING MY OWN NAILS because they were that bad! The clear polish was even messy. How do you mess up clear polish? Thats not all. The next day, the veryyyyy next dayyy ONE OF MY NAILS CHIPPED. I was so mad. I left work every to get it fixed. And while I was there a whole other problem started that Im not even going to start. The reason for this review is because its been 3 days since I’ve gotten my nails fixed again and another one of my nails have chipped again in a spot that obviously had a spot where there was hardly any solar powder. I will never ever ever go back to this nail solan. EVERRRR!!!

The best thing here is the glass of wine! They are probably just fine for a simple mani pedi but I wanted a design and I had a pic which they assured me they could do. I came here because of the pics I saw on their fb page and I don’t know who did those nails but they apparently weren’t here today. My acrylic nails were uneven my flowers were attempted twice by two different employees on my toe and fingernail. I ended up just paying [I did tip 20% because I did get a full pedi] and I went to Aloha Nails in Tomball to fix the mess.

I am puzzled by the bad reviews. I have been using this place every 2 weeks for over a year and a half and I love it. They take great care of me and my nails never break! I have never had my nails last as long as they do. I don’t know what it is they do but there is a big difference between other places. Sure I have had to wait on occasion when they are busy but that is how it is anywhere when a place is busy. They have never been rude, actually they are always very sweet and accommodating. It is always super clean too. Price is good too.

My daughter got a French tips done, and Rose cut 8 out of her 10 nail’s cuticles. The manager justified being busy for the reason my daughter’s nails were cut. This is not a Justification and she was rude about it. Don’t get Rose to do your nails… she never apologized for hurting my daughter when my daughter said Ouch! My daughters nails and skin above swelled up and she cried!
Don’t waste your time or money here! We will NEVER go back!

I have been here several times and had no problems. They have always done a good job and been nice while doing it.

The management is rude. My nails look bad but they continued to tell me gow good they looked. I will never go back. It did not matter what I as the customer thought.

I have read the other review and was the same thing I was told my a couple of friends. It looked nice and clean. They had a lot of chairs open. Seemed under staffed. It was hot and the smell of chemicals was strong. I walked in and was told it was a 30 min wait which I was fine with. I was not in a big rush. As others walked in the same thing was told to them and they just scheduled appointments. A girl came over and said she would take me back to a chair so I can soak my feet and relax in the chair while I wait for one of the girls to finish up with one of the other customers. I was fine with that. I had a girl named Ana who did my pedi. She was nice and did a good job. She seemed to start to rush when she was told she had an appointment show up. I felt like I was just a number and was not to thrilled by. Since I was told they are all about you and do not rush. I was pushed off onto another girl to do my Mani. She seemed annoyed and was unorganized as to where her stuff was. She had attitude with me for no reason. The shellac french Mani was not a nice and clean. She seemed annoyed that I had her thin down the white and clean it up. I asked her nicely several times. I’m sorry I am a paying customer and except good service. When I was paying I notice that there was black lint in several of the nails which was under the gel. I asked the girl up front if she could get someone to fix it. She said she was going to get someone else since she had notice the girl had attitude with me and several of her coworkers. She had another girl come over she saw the black stuff under the shellac. Linh the original one doing the Mani shoved the other girl out of the way and said I do not see anything. Two of her coworkers pointed it out. The tech next to her working kept saying I’m sorry. I was like its okay it is not your fault. Linh was rude and her attitude got even better. I was nice for the longest time not saying anything. She grabbed my hand and was shaking her head. She said «seriously». So the customer next to me looked at me and oh my. Her tech was like «sorry». So I pulled my hands way from the lady and asked if there was a problem. She would not look at me and said no. I was like why are you shaking your head and saying seriously under your breath. I am looking at you this entire time. Did I do something to offend you? She was like «what I can shake my head». I was done at this point she was not going to fix her mess up. I ended up having them refund my money and no tip for her. «LinH» needs to learn a few things about customer service. The girl at the front said they are under new management. This salon has not even been there a year. I think they are over priced and will not being going back because of her and will take my business else where. Like the nice salon in vintage park.

They were able to accommodate our large party and everyone was so friendly and hospitable.
