Hey! I just wanted to introduce myself and let you know that I live in the community and operate this business myself. I answer all the calls, all the emails and show up at your door! I have been in the pest control industry almost a decade now. I love my job and I love helping customers solve challenging bug issues! I started this business because I believed I could offer the customer a better service than the 10 minute spray and go companies I had worked for. I’m thankful every day that I meet wonderful people from different walks of life and that I get to be outside doing what I love most! Knowledgeable, Timely, Courteous, and Inexpensive.
We used Charlette based on the Unilocal reviews. They did not steer us wrong,
Scheduling was a breeze as we communicated over text message. She then alerted us of her ETA as we got closer to the scheduled time.
Upon her arrival, we discussed some of the issues we had been having and she provided us with her recommendations (while being friendly to our obnoxious dogs).
She then proceeded to thoroughly spray the house inside and out. She even took the time to clear out cobwebs and dirt dobber nests around the porch.
She was at our home a little less than an hour and sprayed our entire backyard and house. We then wrote a check to her for an amount that was half of what I was expecting to pay.
I already have it scheduled in my phone to give her a shout in 11 weeks to come spray again! Excellent service.

I would have gave her a six. She went beyond my expectations, no pressure about a contract. Charlette addressed all my concerns both inside and out. And she knows a thing or two about the pests.

Great experience with Charlette’s Web. I requested a quote from Charlette and quickly received a response. The price was competitive with others in the area. Charlette arrived a few minutes before our appointment time and got started on treating the exterior and interior of our house. I’ve had some companies arrive and leave in less than 15 minutes. Charlette was extremely thorough and took about 30 – 45 mins. Then she proceeded to give me advice about our home based on her observations – such as how to keep animals out from under our porch, noting wasp nests that she found and a fence post that was not grounded in concrete. Will be calling her again in a couple months for followup treatment. Thanks Charlette!

We spotted swarming termites this spring in our new house and panicked. Luckily Charlette was able to come out within half an hour and locate the stump the termites were coming from before they infested my house or new deck. She took care of them and treated around the entire house, taking care of them few random ants and other pests we’ve seen inside the house. Charlette was polite, professional, and really knew her stuff when it came to bugs. We learned quite a bit just following her around while she worked. We’re signed up for quarterly pest control services now and look forward to seeing her again.

SPIDERS… everyone hates them! I had them by the hundreds, and couldn’t have been happier with the response and professionalism from Charlotte and her company.
I submitted a request for a quote online from her website and within minutes received a personal email from Charlotte addressing my problem.
She even came out late into the evening when most are not working. Charlotte and her company are very thorough and explain solutions to problems. Charlotte’s prices, knowledge and expertise cannot be ignored!
I would recommend their service to anyone!

We called Charlette last March because of termites. I called her on Saturday evening and she came out the very next morning on Sunday. That impressed me because I had called other companies and was told that no one would come out until the next week. She was very thorough, professional and friendly. She treated our house and even checked with us about a week later to make sure we hadn’t seen any more termites. It’s been almost a year and things are still great! I will stay in contact with her every year to make sure they don’t return. She is a wonderful person and really enjoys helping people. Thank you Charlette.

I believe I experienced the best customer service ever! I sent an email via their website to request a quote. Apparently my email went to Charlette’s spam box, because I didn’t hear back. Charlette emailed me a few weeks later. She apologized and offered a complimentary service. I took her up on the offer and she was at our house a few days later. She did a great job and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely use her in the future!

I requested a quote via their website, and Charlette herself responded by email. After a few quick emails back and forth, we set up a visit.
She was a little early, and even called me to confirm beforehand to make sure it was ok that she stop by early (and not just show up). I appreciate that!
She started on the outside and I immediately noticed how thorough she was. She spent a solid 30 minutes working around the house before she even came inside.
We spent some time talking (she’s very easy to talk to, by the way), and educated me on my problems and what I needed to do to get it under control. I had no idea how bad the ants were!
Her prices are very reasonable, and I’ll be happy to have her out again. I don’t hire pest services often, but I was happy to have met Charlette and will continue to use her in the future.

If you’re looking for a good local exterminator (or any local gem), congratulations — you’ve already won half the battle by researching on Unilocal!
Charlette’s Web Pest Control was truly a life saver! We had a pest problem in our garage and attic but I didn’t really know who to call. That’s when I turned to the trusty Unilocalers to get some direction and, like usual, they didn’t let me down!
I requested a bid on their website at 6:30PM and to my surprise I received an email from Charlette herself an hour and a half later! She provided a VERY AFFORDABLE quote and said she could be at my house the next day. When Charlette arrived she diagnosed my problem within minutes and immediately started working to get it resolved.
Overall, Charlette was extremely professional and I haven’t hesitated to recommend her to my friends and family. Her prices are also very affordable!

We just moved to Tomball august 2013 and I noticed sugar ants but sprayed it. Now it’s april 2014 and the sugar ants are back for the hot weather. After reading the good reviews here on Unilocal,Charlette came to spray bc I’ve been seeing huge spiders in the backyard, my 16 month old loves to be outside, it’s been a week since she’s come and the spiders are dead and I haven’t seen any ants in our home. She was very informative and told me there’s some little brown bugs with big antenna looking things around the front porch, which I haven’t seen but she took care of it. She didn’t pressure me into a contract for every 3 months but I will be calling her this summer. When you have a new home with construction in the neighborhood, you never know what kind of bugs you’ll get.
Also, iN the middle of her explaining what’s going to happen and what she did iN the house, my son was running around the backyard and she was very patient and stopped so I could get him under control. She wasn’t annoyed or anything. Thanks, Charlette!

Charlette is a life saver! After fighting a somewhat lengthy battle with fire ants, I decided to pull out the big guns by calling Charlette for her help. She was able to come out the same day I called and we noticed immediate results. No fire ants or other pests have bothered to show their faces around here, so it can be safely assumed we won this battle! Charlette is also very friendly and did not hesitate to point out what we were doing right and what we could improve on to decrease another pest invasion. Charlette is great! I contacted her for pest control in our new home because the ants were trying to take over, and she was very responsive. During our appointment, she sprayed both in and out-​very thorough. She took the time to talk to me about everything and what to expect after the treatment. I scheduled her for ongoing treatments on the spot. Also, she said if we had pest issues in between treatments, she would come out and treat again (so far, so good).
