I just got off the phone with a nice manager Francisco who suggested I post this comment/complaint so the owner can see it– I went in yesterday with my daughter around 330– I live right near another Sharkeys but drove all the way here to use my groupon. As soon as we walked in, the loud, obnoxious sound was blasting from a group table. There was a crowd of I’m 15 – 20 young adults pumped up, talking very loudly, in fact yelling probably some obnoxious team building. It wasn’t in a private room, it was right in the open where no one could enjoy their meal. I commented to the disinterested male cashier who said I could sit outside! We did(no choice) and when I went to the salsa bar I could hear the yelling was now filled with f– bombs and no employee cared! I looked at the people gazing at their guru leader and was incredulous at the cluelessness — I said to the cashier now joined by a female«doesn’t your owner care ?» — the disinterested male said well they ordered a lot of food and the girl shrugged her shoulders and said«well, I mean …” — I said I would call the owner– I felt the place was being run by children whose parents are out for the evening — and not intelligent kids! If there was a real manager tgere he could have approached the group Nicely and say hey guys could you keep it down a bit, there are others dining 2 feet away from you . To make matters worse, my daughters salmon burrito was cold and dry and my tofu was chicken! They redid it after originally waiting too long and then forgot my guacamole. Don’t ask about the parking receipt which was waiting at the cash register instead of returned to me! All in all a fail — an actual adult was there when we left but the circus had just left and I didn’t feel like discussing it in front of the kids, I mean employees so I called. Otherwise, love me some Sharkeys So The manager was so concerned he sent us a giftcard for us to use next time — I’m hopeful the previous experience was a one timer and will def. be open to them again!

I love sharky’s!!! My first time at this location, I’m normally at the burbank one but got so fed up with the parking situation there(or lack thereof), so I decided to check out toluca lake and give it a shot. They are both equal distance from my house in burbank. Toluca lake is much easier to get in/out of than the damn empire center with all of the traffic and construction! So +1! I ordered my favorite, the harvest qinoa salad, and sat on the patio. Great view from here… a little loud, but it’s all good. +2! They brought out my order and it was wrong, so when I told them, they had rang me up for the wrong qinoa salad. No fuss, they just brought me out the right one. Great customer service! +3! And! Was able to find parking behind the store right away. The small lots here are a little confusing, but there is also street parking. In all, this sharky’s is much better than burbank! This is my new go-to spot

Great Service, and pretty delicious semi-fast food. I was never fully on board the Chipotle train, but this place really hits the spot for me. Their quinoa salads are amazing, and they have the biggest nachos I have ever seen. I especially like this place because you can definitely get a meal that’s delicious and satisfying without the guilt… and you can also get your indulgences here. Their food in general just tastes fresh. Salsa’s are pretty delicious too.

Called in for an order and told it would be ready in 10 min. I get here 15 min after the call and they tell me another 15 min. They can’t handle orders here at all. Clusterfuck! Go to the Empire Center location. This place sucks.

First of all: shout out to the manager Pancho who was awesome enough to remake my whole order after a mixup with the pickup time from my online group order. Super cool move, great customer service. Thanks Pancho! I live and work in the area so we frequent Sharky’s, and this location never disappoints. All the ingredients taste fresh and delicious, from the fiesta burritos to the harvest quinoa salad(personal favorite — add chicken and you’ll see what I mean). You can just as easily get a satisfyingly huge burrito as a light salad or healthy power plate, which seems hard to find in this area, surprisingly. Tip: if you like Sharky’s, sign up for their loyalty program. Pretty easy to earn bucks off your meals after a few orders(especially if you’re placing them for your office).

I have been coming to Sharkey’s for the longest time ever. My favorite is their bbq chicken pizza. I could actually devour the whole thing by myself. Know what I mean? I also love their chicken quesadilla! Yummers!

This place is great. I love the salsa bar! I also love the steak tacos with lettuce and tomato. The steak is always smokey, tender, and grilled to perfection. The guacamole and chips are so delicious too. We come here for lunch often and are never disappointed.

I love this place! I am a bikini competitor and am always looking for where I can pick up healthy meals. I always get the Power plate of Half a chicken, brown rice, and broccoli. It fits in my Macros perfectly. I have tried the flame broiler, but their chicken is so fatty. Chipotle I cant stomach because of the garlic salt they use on their food. Everything at Sharky’s is fresh and their green salsa is amazing. I’ve had their Quinoa plates as well as their salads. All very delicious. Their fish is also another option I eat. The Salmon more specifically. They also offer Sweet potato as a side which is a great carb to eat for competitors. I will be going here for meals at lunch when I havent had time to prepare my own.

I like Sharkey’s in general, but I only go to this one if I happen to be passing by and am in the mood for its food. They have consistently gotten my order wrong, failed to ask for my phone # for their rewards program, and it all comes with an assortment of ‘tudes. It’s kinda weird, too, that The Counter is two doors away and that one is vastly different from the one in Studio City. Hmm. Maybe it’s in the water. The service and employees at the Sherman Oaks Starkey’s and the one on Empire in Burbank have consistently been pretty great.

Okay, so we were done coming from The Ellen Show and we got hungry! I check on Unilocal we were wanting mexican food and this was nearest place with great reviews! *NOTE* we are not from Burbank, we are from San Diego so me typically in that Taco Shop mind I was wondering how this goes. *PARKING* Is located at the rear of the restaraunt or «front». You have to go to some alleyway and you have to go through those validated ticket things but we read it’s free for 1 hr! So this place is called Sharky’s but it’s font and look is similiar to this place in San Diego that’s a pizza place called Shakey’s lol. The vibe felt like a chipotle vibe and I was just like oh ok. But– they have more selections! From burritos, tacos, soup/salad, bowls, nachos, pizza! My mom and friend got the mahi mahi tempura shrimp burrito. Which is confusing cos they didn’t get shrimp, it was really fish but the menu said Shrimp but either way they loved it! They have variety of what kind of tortilla– flour/wheat, black/pinto beans. I got the grande steak nachos! Omg didn’t expect it to be huge! I thought it was a size of a full order in a to go box! Overall service was fast, they greet you upon entering and leaving, they’re so nice and food is delicious! Better than chipotle!

Ordered the nachos for pick up, yes we got there late, but you would think that they would be able to keep it in a warm place, when I opened the box and thank god I did, the nachos looked miserable cold, the girl was really nice about it, she took it back then I believe maybe it was the manager who came, kind of scolding us, that oh yes you did came late that is why it’s cold!!! Didn’t care for the nachos at all although Unilocalers said they have good nachos, I could barely see any meat on my nachos, it was not even tasty no flavor. Will never go back again to get nachos from this place, please people if you know a better place to get a good steak/chicken nacho in Burbank let me know. Thank you :)

The food is on par with other locations. The service comes with a smile… great staff. This location always provides complimentary chips. Nice touch. Please fix the soda machine… missing lots of selections and it looks thrashed.

Always a fan of Sharky’s. It’s a great standard to visit when I want a quick, healthy meal. And the fact they vegan options — a total bonus. This location is regularly bustling with activity yet is clean with friendly workers. Parking can be a bit tricky, but it’s worth it. They do have curbside pick-up which I use when I don’t have time to sit and eat. Two thumbs up.

Solid and quality for Mexican take out. They serve on real dishes. Way better than Baja and better ambiance than poquito. Fajita bowl is good. Salsa is good but order ahead. They are slow

this is the absolute worst sharkys o have ever been to. the food is good, the service sucks. the girl at the register needs a major attitdue. today she charged me more for the same burrito my husband had. the same. we ordered 2, exactly the same. when I asked her she rolled her eyes at me. last time I said I had a food allergy to avacado keep it away. she charged me for guacamole instead. sharkys, get your shit together.

Always yummy, fresh, organic… this place keeps me coming back ! Inside or outside dining, quick service! Great salsa bar. Pricing may be a lol higher but it is worth it as they serve grain free, gluten free and organic choices!

Ahhh… my fav ~ quality food, quality service and a great price! The atmosphere here is always comfortable but I think the best part is their freshly made selections of salsa. Outdoor patio is a real PLUS because I can bring my dog and hang out with my friends. I love it!

This was my first visit to Sharky’s and I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the Fajita bowl with chicken. It was a huge portion! It was served with nicely flavored grilled chicken with rice, black beans, bell peppers, onions, guacamole and sour cream. I really liked the flavors and I was able to make 2 meals out of this order. I was surprised by how moist and well-seasoned the chicken was and it tasted fresh. They also had a salsa bar which included several salsa options that all tasted good! I would definitely come back and try some of their other menu items.
