Absolutely the best of the best. I travel 9 months out of the year back and forth across the country, and haven’t found anyone as great. She makes you feel comfortable, the wax (bikini and brow) is always amazing, and she is the only person other than myself I trust with my eye brows.

Roxanne is the sh*t! I’ve been looking for a good brow place for two years, since moving back to LA. I’ve had a few BAD experiences and a few great yet incredibly pricey experiences ($ 40 plus tip). So when I saw her name come up a few times at another salon I decided to learn more. Found her website and was able to book my appointment online which is great and really convenient.
She was super quick and efficient. I was really happy with the results! Before we started she explained what she was going to do/​what to expect, what kind of wax she uses and gave some great tips on shadowing my brows at home. Her prices are really reasonable, especially consider the quality of work. And she works on Sundays which is my typical day for errands, mani/​pedis and other grooming.
I don’t usually strike up conversations with estheticians during services, I’m pretty quiet by nature but she just has such an approachable, laid back personality you kind of can’t help chatting. I’m so excited to finally have a reliable «go-​to» waxer!

This was my very first time getting a Brazilian wax. I wasn’t sure where to go but found I could book an appointment online through her website. I have a busy schedule and making phone calls during the week isn’t easy so I loved that. It said the appointment would take 15 min which I assumed was wrong at first, but thats all it took 15 min! Now I will never go anywhere else, because who wants a 45 min appointment to draw out the pain when it can be done faster and with less suffering? Roxanne is super friendly and kept conversation going to distract from the pain. I will be recommending her to friends whether they need waxing or not because this was more than worth it. I also got a bit of a discount for it being my first visit.
I could go on and on but try it out for yourself and see that all these 5 star reviews are right!

my experience here was definately wonderful. i came her for my very first facial outside of a dermatology office, not really sure what to expect with my kgb voucher. i left with a glowing, rested face.
she gave me a list of products that she recommends for me to use on my face. my face is oily/​blemished and has lots of scarring from my cystic acne. i’ve been using a product that she recommended for close to two weeks now and my scars have been fading, fading, and fading. it’s amazing. i’ve been plagued by acne and scars since over a decade ago with no break. and i have amazingly visible results with what she recommended.
roxanne is such a knowledgable person and she really enjoys her work. she does a wonderful job at it. and i hope to go back to her soon for another facial.

One of the things you like to do when yo get a facial is be able to relax. Well, Roxanne created that atmosphere for me that I did not even feel time passing by. With a job as stressful as mine, it felt like the best treat I could’ve given myself this week… well, it was :)

Because that’s what Roxanne deserves! Like other posters here, I have been following Roxanne for over a year now (since her days at Cocktail Wax).
She is extremely thorough in her work and behind that façade of bad-​girl tattoos, she is one of the sweetest, most genuine people you will ever meet! Who loves going to their waxing appt??? I DO, I DO!!! I love being able to catch up with her and shoot the breeze. She is comical and makes you forget any pain — for which she makes it virtually pain-​free anyway!
One time not too long ago, my schedule did not allow me to get in with her, so I went back to Cocktail Wax. What a mistake that was!!! I had a Speed Waxing Demon From Hell (SWDFH, for short) that kept calling me ‘Honey’ every 5 seconds. That alone should have sent me out the door before SWDFH even started. SWDFH did a Brazilian wax, mind you, and I was done in 7 minutes. WTFF!!! I have sensitive skin and SWDFH literally ripped me a new one. I was broken out so severely for 3 weeks after and it was very, very painful — I had to go on antibiotics, it got so bad. I swear I should have sued. I consider that my bad karma for even attempting to go back to that dreaded place and not just waiting an extra week for Roxanne.
I have never once had a bad reaction with Roxanne. She also gives great tips to make any bit of redness go down fast. She ensures you don’t get ingrowns because she is careful to wax in the direction of the hair growth and she does a great job of plucking any strays afterwards.
I cannot say enough great things about this amazing lady! I heart her in the best way possible.
She is becoming quite the star in her field. She is now at Allure Pilates & Day Spa in Beverly Hills and is offering facials, too! I can’t wait to try one out. You can’t go wrong with anything she does. She is a talent unmatched!

Best wax I have had! Roxanne is fast very clean and gentle. I have tried different people and have yet to find a good fit, either it hurt like he’ll or they missed a spot or it was just plain bad! I will be returning she is WONDERFUL! I referred my sister and she loved her too!

I saw Roxanne for a bikini wax today. LOVED her! She was very specific in asking how much I wanted taken off, and she gave me exactly what I asked for the first time – didn’t even have to go back and even it out. She used an olive oil wax, and it was one of the least painful waxes I’ve ever had. No red bumps, no irritation, no finding traces of wax in random places. And she was FAST.
I was almost disappointed that it was over so quickly because she has a wonderful personality and I would have loved to stay and chat! Even though she was working out of her (half-​packed-​up pre-​move) apartment, I felt very comfortable. Fresh paper, fresh sticks, clean area. In addition to the olive oil wax she has a lavender wax and hard blue wax.
I’ve had bikini waxes everywhere from crappy nail salons to nicer spas like Bliss and Ohm in NYC. Roxanne performed a spa-​quality wax at a nail salon price. I’ll definitely be going back!

I had been going to the same waxing person for 8 years until I decided to switch things up and give Roxanne a try. I will NEVER go elsewhere. Not only is Roxanne amazing at what she does, my waxes last so much longer than they ever did before, and I get thru the wax pain free which is always a plus. She always has great promotions for her customers and is super reliable and available whenever I need to make an appointment.

I’ve had a lot of strange waxing experiences in my time before finally finding the perfect bikini and brow lady in my hometown, so was really NOT looking forward to going through the trial and error search process again when I moved to LA. As luck would have it Roxanne was only second on my list and now I would follow her anywhere. The combination of hard and fruit waxes she uses when doing brazilians makes the process about as pain free as that kind of waxing can be, and I have full faith in her when it comes to my brows. The lady has talent! Not to mention her super cute feminine space, and her hello kitty and fraggle rock tattoos which just top the badass-​meets-​cuteness chart. Did I also mention that her prices are the most reasonable I’ve ever seen?

I followed Roxanne from her old job because I couldn’t imagine going to see anyone else! After being in Los Angeles for over a year I tried pretty much the top 10 waxing salon’s on Unilocal (WAX on Melrose, Cocktail Wax, etc.) and no esthetician rocks as much as Roxanne. I love her new place, it’s cozy, quiet, and clean. She is super easy to get ahold of and very chill. Also, her pricing is hard to beat. Seriously, don’t bother going anywhere else.

I’m so glad LA is finally hip to hard wax! I experienced this type of wax in Miami years ago and searched high and low for it here in LA. It’s such a superior wax and honestly virtually pain free. Roxanne is awesome! Very friendly and professional. Parking is free right behind the Mattress Store! So convenient and fast!
