History

Established in 2007.

Patty and Jairo Gamba planted the seed to a concept that would soon turn into a lifestyle for the local residents and business’s of the San Fernando Valley.

Nestled away in Toluca Lake lies an enchanting world of a new age

Latin fusion cuisine filled with tapas, vintage wines, and entrees

specially selected to inspire the palette and explore the

possibilities of flavor. Bundled into a 1928 Spanish mission style

cottage you will find the home of this exotic treasure… This is D’Cache!

Meet the Business Owner

Nancy G.

Business Owner

When I was on a mission of developing the concept of a restaurant, I told the chef Luis Ochoa… I just want it to be D’Cache. Which means «sophisticated» in Spanish and «hidden place» in French.

Now being in business for 4years I look at this place as truly being the hidden treasure of the valley. You have great people coming together to enjoy flavor and fusion, while listening to authentic Latin American music inside a beautiful spanish cottage.
