There is not another agency with the expertise and professionalism that ACG NOW exemplifies. I have dealt with at a minimum 10 – 15 different companies seeking assistance with my mortgage issues. Each and every company I dealt with offered the same excuses and no progress was ever made. I made ons call to Lyonel at ACG and it was the best decision I ever made. Hands down the best short sale processors in America. Short sales are a complete nightmare and I have had the pleasure of seeing first hand these miracle workers in action. They really are the best at what they do and no other company in America compares. I have dealt with a few other companies prior and have had terrible experiences. The process took forever and way longer then actually expected or proposed by the banks. ACG was very professional, courteous, & efficient. They would communicate with me daily and provide me status updates, which really gave me peace of mind. They have amazing connections at nearly every short sale lender, which helped speed along the process. All of the staff that I had dealt with really took the time to hear me out and address any concerns that I had at the time. Again, these guys are miracle workers and will go above and beyond for anyone stuck in a bad situation. Impossible does not exist in their vocabulary and I cannot recommend this company enough.

Brett Goldsmith is a miracle worker and a consummate professional. I cannot say enough good things about the experience that I had working with him and the deal he was able to close for us.
Long story short, I had an accepted offer on a short sale that was pending bank approval w/​Ocwen Bank for 11 months. The last 3 – 4 months of that timeframe, every time my realtor called the bank, he was assured that our application looked great, offer was inline with the BPO and the short sale was about to be approved. At the end of those 11 months, they finally told us that our offer had been approved, but they were set to foreclose on the property in 3 days. They mentioned that they might entertain an all-​cash offer. After scrambling for 3 days and trying to figure out how I could come up w/​such an offer, I finally threw my hands up and admitted defeat — it just was not meant to be.
During the course of the 11 month waiting period, I was following a forum called Short Sale Superstars, where brokers were posting their experiences about Ocwen bank. I learned how they were the most difficult bank to deal with and would tease applicants with promises of approval before eventually foreclosing on the property. After mentally letting go on my deal, I decided to post my experience on the forum for the benefit of the group. After a few anonymous ‘I told you sos’, I received a reply from Brett Goldsmith which basically stated that our deal should be good to go & if he were working on it, he could most likely get it done.
Obviously, with nothing to lose, we brought Brett on to try to close the deal. Boy was I glad that we did that. Brett stated up front that he had worked with Ocwen several times in the past and though he couldn’t promise anything, he was pretty sure that he could get our deal done. The majority of Ocwen bank is in India, but he had connections w/​the main office in Florida where the decisions get made.
Within one day, Brett had gotten the foreclosure sale postponed for us, which freed up more time to close the short sale. Afterward, Brett gave us daily updates on the status /​progress of our file. Brett was absolutely 110% on top of everything, calling the bank several times daily to move our file into the decision makers hands. The entire time, Brett was always was professional, courteous and maintained a positive attitude.
Long story short, Brett had us an approved offer in 3 weeks time, after 11 months of the bank stringing us along. I was absolutely blown away by the speed, efficiency and professionalism in which Brett got this done.
There are a few people you meet in life that you just know are headed for great success, and I have no doubts that Brett is among the chosen few.

They were terrific… I had a nightmare of a listing-​major short sale with IRS & FTB loans and bank loans and they were able to eliminate some and pay off others and get this house sold. Lyonel and his staff are fabulous
