I called these guys I found in the phone book for help on a small LG Heater/​AC wall mounted unit in my garage. These guys, (I think his name was Mark, not sure though) really knows his stuff. He diagnosed and located the problem immediately which totally evaded the previous service man whose name I won’t mention. Thank you Eagle Head.

Some of the reviewers are not being completely frank in their reviews. Eagle Head charges a set fee for labor, now $ 110. If fairly extensive work is needed, it’s still $ 110 + parts. I don’t know of any other repair business that does this– usually it’s more like $ 80 per hour + parts. And for Pete’s sake, they are a 3-​person operation, including office, so, yes, scheduling can take a day or 2 or 3 if really busy. We’ve had nothing but good service and honest opinions about what we should do — repair or replace– in the past 15 years.
