They aren’t a super large store, but they were really friendly and helpful. Great section for children, and had the largest selection of Bible carriers which was nice. I like the stationary section as well for special occasions.

I ordered five books and a Christmas ornament from Family Christian’s online store. After checking the status of my order for a week, I emailed customer service. I waited two days and didn’t get a response, so I emailed them again to tell them that I wanted to cancel my order because it would no longer arrive in the time I needed it to. Customer Service emailed me the next day to tell me nothing more than that they canceled my order. They didn’t offer an apology or offer to ship it overnight for free. I decided to purchase the same items I tried to order online, only from the actual store. My rewards card mysteriously didn’t work and the store wouldn’t offer me the coupon discount. I forgot to bring my coupons as I was in Phoenix visiting family. The coupons exist and this store wouldn’t offer them to me like other stores do. After stewing about this store and their high-priced books, I decided to return my purchases the next day. When I returned to this store to get a refund, there was one female cashier and two male employees who walked around the front cashier area. The males both saw me and it took several minutes for one of them to ask if I needed assistance. When I told the man that I wanted to return my books, he told me that I could be helped at the register. He led me to think that he would be helping me. Instead, he just wanted me to stand in line to be helped by the female cashier. He then went back to staring at one of the store displays. I will NEVEREVER purchase ANYTHING from Family Christian Bookstores!!!
