Great service. They seem to understand time management and customer service. Unlike the new shop just down the road, they have professionals who know what they are doing. A good sense of detail and ability to do the job correctly. I do not need snotty teenagers with crappy attitudes working on my vehicles, which is why these seasoned pros will get my return business. Took 4 hours to do a 30 minute job. I brought my Datsun 510 in to have a flange welded in line at the end of the header and have a muffler installed. I do understand there were a number of cars there and that it takes time to get all of the jobs done, but the guy doing most of the work there kept bouncing around from car to car. He eventually got to mine and focused on it for a while, but once he got to the muffler he didn’t seem to like what I was wanting done since it was going to require a little more work. He mumbled stuff, cussed a bit, ignored me, and then proceeded to move on to a car that got there 3 hours after me. That car finished before mine and I was the last to leave the shop 20 minutes after closing time on Saturday. When I went to pay for the work that was done, Joe simply says, «well that went downhill quickly.» Yeah, considering I got in at 1030 and got out nearing 230.
The work they performed was okay, but my car does have some nice rattles now. My motor does vibrate like crazy though, BUT I didn’t have that kind of rattling before. Supposedly this shop has been operating for 20 years. Surely didn’t seem like it. I was initially going to have Muffler Masters of Avondale do the work, but they had too many cars for the day by the time I got there. I’d suggest trying them first.

Joe and B&M have installed Flow masters on my wife’s 2013 Ram and I have had my 69 GTO muffles replace with Magna flows. The workmanship, customer service, and price will keep me coming back. Thanks Joe…

Walked in a few minutes after 5:00 and after a minute of awkwardly standing in the lobby the girl behind the counter looked up from her phone, curtly said «hi» I asked get if anybody could take a look at my check engine light, which she then responded with «we don’t take in cars past 5:00. You can leave it overnight and we’ll look at it in the morning. It’s $ 70 to do a diagnosis.» And that’s it. Zero customer service.

I’ve used this shop several different times now over the course of a few years, but honestly each time has been a little worse. My first experience was great got in got out reasonably priced. On my second visit the owner misjudged the front end of my vehicle and pushed the aero lip on my bumper into one of the parking spaces. Damage was minimal so I let it slide, but I was a little upset about it. My third trip I went to have some exhaust work done. I let them put the car on the lift, but about a day after leaving I noticed some of my underlining was hanging. I thought it was potentially my issue and had it fixed. On my fourth visit when I watched them take it off the lift they damaged the underlining in the same spot again making me realize where the damage had come from originally. Also during this visit my car was almost dropped off the lift. I watched as about ¾ of the tire hung off the inside of the lift. I never received any type of apology in any of these instances. The saving grace to this place is that their exhaust work is very good, but honestly I can’t recommend this place to anybody who owns a lowered vehicle. They’ve shown over multiple occasions that they are not coherent enough to deal with lowered vehicles.

These guys provide high quality customer service and do sound work providing a wide variety of services, all at very respectable prices. They always give you honest diagnoses of your vehicle. I’ve had several jobs completed-​from exhaust system installation to catalytic converter theft deterrent systems, these guys know what’s up!

I’ve been coming to B&M for years now. Usually for some general work on my truck, fixing things that I’ve tried fixing, and also when I had the exhaust done on my truck. All I gotta say is that Joe and his crew at B&M are great. They help you out fast, are highly knowledgeable, and get the work done as quickly and cost effective as possible. They don’t beat you around the bush and try to take all of your hard earned money. That’s a huge plus in my book! I’ll keep coming to this shop till I move out of the area, or till I tie!

Good place to take your car to for some work, I needed some muffler work done and replace the catalytic converter which was a decent price compared to many of the different places I could have gone.
It is a first come first serve place, so be there early.

My 26 year old daily driver broke down in Tolleson, within two blocks of B& M Muffler. I had few options. But after it is all over, I am very pleased with the quick service and reasonable cost. Joe, the owner is pleasant and knowledgeable, but the real gem of the office is the hard working Maria, front desk manager and parts chaser.
