Not much bad things to say. Got what I needed including my eye exam and a new set of contacts. Came back a week later & ordered my 2 pair of glasses. The lady that helped me by explaining on what I was paying etc(breakdown). Two weeks later I got my glasses. The End…

I went to this location for an eye exam and glasses. The staff at this location are awesome. I had challenges with my eye glass prescription and had to have the glasses re-made more than once. The staff was always nice and professional and willing to work with me until the glasses were«just right. «I would recommend this location to others.

Worst experience ever, the contact manager was horrible she was very unprofessional in fact the entire office was very unprofessional the way they spoke to customers the way they treated everyone in the place was horrendous. I don’t recommend anyone go to this company or at least this location I personally will never go there again.

I have been to many locations, but none have given the customer service, care, and clean environment that the lower buckeye location gives, I come in and leave with a smile in a quick and timely manner, you have to come in and see for yourselves, I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I truly recommend them to all Cynthia, Janette, Diana, Florencio, and the rest staff have shown professional assistance!!! thanks for everything

My husband and I were very disappointed in this business. It started off with both pair of my glasses, progressive bifocals, having the reading portion incorrectly placed. After waiting about 20 days I went for a fitting. The staff could not correctly fit my glasses after trying 6 times. I finally had the manager fit the glasses correctly. I will never go back and will never recommend this business.

WORSTEYEVISITEXPERIENCEEVER!!! This staff, ran under some creepy looking Robert guy, needs all of their eyes checked. A good lesson in customer service, satisfaction and retention. First off, they’ll fill any prescription but, not any frame. This was told to me, after, they drained me for a hundred dollars for a contact exam. The staff was poorly educated in eye care. They had no knowledge of a soft/hard contact lens. The sink had no contact catcher. The lobby was filthy… I thought about walking out but, it was close to home. Bad move and I deeply regret it. I normally go to NATIONWIDE and, have always had the best experience. I could not believe the filth and poorly staffed establishment I had experienced. They all had great makeup and hair. Wrong business people. Learn about your product, educate each other, stop standing around the reception station and CLEAN!!! How could I possibly recommend. I had to go back to nationwide and, it was cheaper. My contacts would have been cheaper and they were able to fill my designer frames. BOO… TO A HORRIBLELOCATIONAND A WAYBELOWAVERAGESTAFF.

I really wouldn’t even give this place one star. Why? Not able to process checks which for some people who forget their credit card this payment should suffice. Also poor quality of customer service, a stand in manager by the name of Melinda can’t even come and look at you even though she is 5 feet away and hearing your concerns at the receptionist. I also, don’t like that because I was inconvenienced they think giving a 15% dis will fix it. It’s. Not even worth my time or gas to drive back that far for 15%!!

We’ve been coming to America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses for our daughter for several years. Started out at the 75th Ave location, which was always super busy and had long wait times, then moved to this one after it opened because it’s closer. We’ve never encountered much of a crowd at this location. Overall, not a bad place to go for eye exams and affordable glasses. They usually offer a promo where you buy two pairs of glasses for $ 69.95 and the exam is included for free… this worked out well when our daughter was younger and wore glasses. Now that she’s in contacts and the exams are priced differently, we opted to pay $ 99 for a 3 year Eyecare Club membership, which gives you unlimited eye exams throughout that time and discounts on contact lenses. We’ve found that even with the discounted pricing at America’s Best, we still get a better deal ordering from another internet company, online. The doctors at this location are all really great, based on our experience… super personable and efficient. They do a good job with kids and teenagers. The technicians are so-so, they’re generally younger and don’t always exude professionalism, but no real problems or complaints. The only things I’ve found slightly irksome are the fact that you have to fill out the same extensive questionnaire every single time you come in, regardless of how long it’s been since last exam, and the fact that they sort of put the pressure on you to do the optional health screening(for tumors or other diseases, I’m not entirely sure what they look for) which is at an additional cost of $ 15…and if you opt out, they give you a little bit of a guilt trip. But maybe all of that is to be expected wherever you go? I do really like that you can set up appointments online, and they usually have same-day openings. We’ve been pretty pleased with our experience here, so I would definitely recommend it for affordable eye care.
