Shout out to a great business that chooses to do the right thing! After ruining the fur trim around my winter coat, the owner searched high and low for replacement fur to fix it-​no charge. When he couldn’t, he offered to replace my coat himself (luckily it was on sale since winter is supposed to be over). Definitely go to Twin Oaks cleaners, great prices and great business owners

Always great service here, affordable prices, and their tailor does terrific work & is CHEAP! Great value, love this place. Only bad thing is that they don’t take debit or credit cards. Oh well.

I have never experienced a problem here. The rates are very reasonable and I have always had good results. Garments are usually cleaned within 48 hours. Support a great neighborhood business!

Worst place ever to take your clothes! Went in today to pick mine up and they said they had threw them away per my request. The only request I made was to have my clothes cleaned. Why would I want you to throw them away. The owner told me I was a liar and that about 30 mins after dropping my clothes off I called back and said it was too much money, to jut throw them away. Seriously!!! If it were too much money, why didn’t I go back and just pick them up. I knew the cost of the services, it was on the claim ticket that I was handed before I left. Get Real!

I took off 1 star for not accepting credit/​debit cards (this is 2012, who uses cash anymore?) then I took off 1 star for not having a Website (c’mon, really?) but the final straw was when I went in for an alteration (which they advertise they do in big letters on the front of the store) and the lady working asked me how much I wanted hemmed. When I asked if there wasn’t a changing room so I could have the person pin how much I wanted hemmed (like every other alteration place in the world) she told me there was no one there to fit me.
Really? How do you advertise you perform a service and then can’t provide said service.
I only went here because Lasalle’s is closed on the weekend. Now I have to wait until Monday to get these dang pants hemmed. Thanks for the big time suck Twin Oaks!
