Naturally, a store that installs car starters will be very busy during the bitter cold weeks of winter. I was told that if I could bring my car in at 9:30 am they could install a car starter by late afternoon. Not a problem. In fact, after only an hour of dropping my car off, Kyle from this location called to let me know they were finished. I was thrilled. Upon picking my car up he rushed thru showing me how to use my car starter, which was simple. When I got to my car it was not running. I tried my started a half dozen times and could not get it to work. I went back inside and he tried several times with the starter before my car finally turned on. «Huh. Keep an eye on that.» He says to me. Excuse me sir I just paid over 300 dollars for a car starter and you can’t get it to work, we have a problem here. I was very frustrated he couldn’t tell me why it was so difficult to start. He could have looked into it more than telling me to keep an eye on it. I had issues with it the rest of the day. I will be returning to have it fixed tomorrow.
