History

Established in 2009.

Revolver is one of the first major electronic cigarette brands in the USA and is the first locally to make our liquids right here in our dedicated lab. We maintain the highest standards of safety and quality and therefore do not outsource our liquid nor do we mix unsafely in retail areas.

Over the years, Revolver has made its presence at the Sundance Film Festival, at the Bar & Nightclub show hosted by Jon Taffer from the television show «Bar Rescue», backstage at major music festivals such as Kanrocksas featuring «Eminem», Trespass America Festival, and Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival and Uproar Festival, in tour documentaries by Revolver Magazine, and in the music videos for «Torn To Pieces» by recording artists ‘Pop Evil’ and «The Pride» by recording artists ‘Five Finger Death Punch’. Our Perrysburg, OH location has also hosted acoustic performances by Adam Gontier, formerly of ‘Three Days Grace’, and Zach Meyer of the massively popular superband «Shinedown».

Business Owner

Matt started Revolver with his partner Dennis in 2009 after successfully using electronic cigarettes to quit smoking traditional cigarettes. The two were so impressed, that they began developing their own ecig called the «Elite», and thus Revolver was born. Over the years, Matt has helped take the business to new levels and opened shops locally as well as franchise shops as far out as California.

Matt’s goals in starting the company were to help smokers give up cigarettes just like he had. He has spent much of his time researching and developing better products to make sure no Revolver customer would ever have to go back to smoking. When asked what one of his favorite things about this business is, he responded «hearing success stories from people who for years had tried over and over again to quit smoking but couldn’t».

Matt spends most of time researching changes in the industry and helping protect the rights of «vapers». You can catch him at any of his shops throughout the week.
