Residential Renovations was founded by Scott Pratt, Sr. in Toledo, Ohio to better serve Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan in Metal Roofs, Asphalt Roofing, Vinyl Siding, Replacement Windows and General Home Remodeling needs.

At Residential Renovations, Scott keeps it simple. Every appointment starts out the same way: with a question: «How can we help you?» Our professional technicians are highly-​experienced and «certified» to install to the manufacturers’ specifications. Our sales process is ALL about Choice, Simplicity, and Information! While our Pricing is typically 25 to 30% less than the competition because we keep our overhead low, and insist on sharing the power of choice with the homeowner. AND even more important than Price — our Warranties can stretch for as long as you own your home and include an easy transfer to the next homeowner!

Meet Scott Pratt, Sr — Owner of Residential Renovations

In the 80’s, he fell in love with remodeling. He never forgets the day he told his family what he was doing. Their response was «WOW!» He was really young and a bit green, so he was shocked to find out «other» contractors had a few tricks up their sleeves. Customers started telling me stories about in-​home sales people and their high-​pressure sales tactics, and the fake discounts they had experienced. After hearing these stories, he had a revelation; it didn’t have to be like this. He knew there had to be a better way. There was NO WAY I was going to stoop to the High-​Pressure, Fake Discount and Suspect Warranty Game. So, he started Residential Renovations.

At Residential Renovations, he keeps it simple. Scott maintains a very close relationship with both his installers and sales team. He still enjoys going out on sales calls too and meeting with the client and helping them to achieve their dream home!
