You’re safe from most issues. Been terrible service over the last 3 years. However it is now under a new manager so things could change. The proxy cards always have issues so getting into the gym late at night or early morning is tough. Prices are pretty spendy so people will stay a year and leave often times to find a cheaper furnished place. It’s nice because it’s local and on campus.
