My name is Ann Bailey and I have a Bachelors Degree from Wittenberg University and have been in Business Operations for over 24 years as a Supervisor/Manager for Fortune 500 Companies. I really enjoy working along side of the workforce and watching them gain growth both personally and business wise. I always encourage teamwork, communication, creativity by «thinking outside the box», goal setting and education. I Absolutely believe in treating people as individuals and seeing strengths in each and capitalizing on them. I believe in the idea of «Putting yourself in their shoes» and working with people in that manner. I decided to go on my own and continue to stay true to myself.
I realized that technology was soaring and many businesses and people could not keep up with it. What a great opportunity for me and for many others. I am able to help businesses market like they have never marketed before. I am able to teach, learn and watch others grow as their business profits grow.
