My sellers get free access to my home stager, unlimited advice and a professional photographer who uploads my listings to my blogs, Facebook, Twitter & several websites for maximum exposure.

For qualified buyers moving up, first-​timers and those downsizing, short sales and foreclosures are still a large portion of the market in this area. I have extensive experience closing those. History

Established in 2003.

I first came to Toledo for a job as a TV News reporter. After 2 years, I left the business and decided to get a real estate license in Ohio and Michigan. That was 2003. I’ve never looked back. I was a leasing agent at Noneman Real Estate for 2 years, spent 5 years at Loss Realty Group then made a change to RE/​MAX Preferred in 2010. I manage my own rental property and help clients do the same. With the right tools, information and advice — my clients can do amazing things!

Business Owner

Originally from Indiana, Jody grew up on farm near Fort Wayne. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and political science from Indiana University. She spent 7 years working in TV production and news before embarking on the real estate gig. She’s been known to write about real estate in the Toledo Free Press. She’s also an accomplished voice talent, voicing commercials on radio, TV, corporate training videos and on-​hold messages. Clients include, Chrysler, Starbucks, and the Toledo Zoo.

Jody lives in West Toledo with her cat, Ted. Together, they enjoy watching news, Modern Family and Seinfeld reruns with no interruptions.
