Jim McGowan, GRI, SFR, E-Pro, has been licensed as a salesman since 1978 and as a Broker/Salesman since 1983. Born into the building business, his experience in real estate is vast and wide ranging. He has sold thousands of properties, specializing in the Sylvania, Ottawa Hills, Perrysburg, Holland and Maumee areas, with an even more refined specialty of providing first class service and extensive knowledge in the sale and purchasing process.
