Imagination Station provides a critical layer of science enrichment by serving as an educational partner for educators, schools, parents and the community. It’s with a thoughtful blend of exhibits, experiences, education and excitement that Imagination Station inspires visitors to pursue Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) in Northwest Ohio.
History
Established in 2009.
Imagination Station, Toledo’s Science Center, is a vital non-profit organization that is an integral part of Toledo’s economic, educational and social landscape. The science center opened to the public on
October 10, 2009 after the investment of Lucas County residents, the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission and local businesses. Since opening, more than 1 million visitors have explored Imagination Station’s 80,000 square feet of exhibit space.
