I received a phone call from Dottie, who saw the Unilocal review and wanted to discuss it with me. She said she discussed the situation with the employee, Olivia Hicks, on the day in question, and assured me that her behavior was not acceptable with AAA and gave me her name in case it should happen again. She also said that the office would be having a meeting to go over customer service issues. I felt that Dottie was very genuine and cared about her job very much. Up until this, I had never experienced any problems with any employees at AAA. They have all been extremely professional. Hopefully this is just a one time incident and a training issue. It seems like Dottie is a very proactive manager and good at what she does.
