Always great food and a great wait staff. Food is delicious and the prices are extremely reasonable. Love the unique feel in a historic part of Toccoa.

BJ’S is an amazing place, the food is good, the prices are better! I go there often and the staff is always so nice! Get there early though the bisquits are the first to go!

So I’m in Toccoa(BFE) for the day with work. Looked up «best restaurant». This place came up and glad it did. Very quaint and clean. Staff was great. Many choices for a meat and two sides. Typical country fried steak, fried chicken, pork loin, Turkey and more. Everything was tasty and did I mention the staff was great. If ever in this town, I recommend it.

A great family owned meat and two in downtown Toccoa. The food is fabulous. The meatloaf is some of the best I have ever eaten. The chicken and the chicken tenders are really good. The breakfast is outstanding. Big biscuits, gravy, hand shaped sausage patties, crisp bacon, eggs cooked to perfection, and a great selection of other meats. If you order an omelette be hungry. I love the Southwestern omelette but it is huge! The owners and staff and service couldn’t be any better! We have family from Ohio and every time they are in town they insist on BJ’S.

Food is always good. Great for business lunch. Service is consistently friendly… what else do you want. I’m not one to try a lot of different things at a restaurant. I like to stick with what’s good. Problem here is that EVERYTHING is good :)

Stopped in for lunch while on business. Place is quaint and clean. Looks like new tables and chairs. Exposed brick walls add a nice touch. Service was quick and friendly. I had a meat and two. Meatloaf, turnip greens and field peas. Meatloaf was so so. Didn’t seem to be fresh made more line store bought. Greens seemed to come from can. Field peas were fresh and tasty though. If it weren’t for nice atmosphere and service. I would’ve given them only 3 stars.

While in the downtown Toccoa area, needed to grab some breakfast grub and naturally turned to Unilocal. It did not disappoint, this was one of the better breakfast meals I’ve had in a while. The pancakes were fluffy, the compote was homemade, bacon perfect — crispy and full of flavor while cooked perfectly. the service was attentive and everyone here was friendly. Tack on being right in the heart of historic downtown, décor with exposed brick and a mixture of downhome style, it was about as good as a breakfast can get in this area. I’ll be back for sure if I find myself in Toccoa again.

Back at BJ’s this am after humping the Currahee(three miles up, three miles down). Got another great biscuit and gravy. And finally got some pics. Enjoy. Forgot to talk to her again…

Quick friendly service and great-tasting food for a low price. I had the grilled chicken salad and enjoyed it. Only $ 5.99. Doesn’t get much better than that.
