I started Angry Iron in 2004 as a high end custom metal fabrication shop. We strive to stay on the cut edge of technology. We aim to meet any challenge a customer may bring to us.

With more than 15 years of welding and fabrication experience under his belt, Matt Thomason, Owner of Angry Iron Metalworks, is one of the most talented fabricators in Northeast Georgia. Our shop has seen a myriad of projects ranging from commercial distillation equipment to custom handrails and light fixtures to off road buggies and aluminum boat hull repair. Angry Iron has MIG, TIG and pulse welding capabilities along with a CNC Plasma cutting table and an over head crane giving us the ability to handle almost any project regardless of size or scope. In addition to his fabrication, Matt is certified in Dassault’s Solid Works and can work with you on the design and engineering aspects of your project. Angry Iron is a professional and detail oriented shop, turning out high quality projects at competitive prices. Angry Iron can meet all of your fabrication needs.
