I am no stranger to the gym. With that being said… Poconos Gym is not like the typical PF, Edge or whatever new gym chain that’s out there. The jovial staff is attentive, informative & AWESOME.
Each workout is a challenge. The members are not presumptuous nor overweening with his or her workout gear. It’s an authentic bona fide get your workout on atmosphere.
