COMPLETELY IGNORANT service People who came here today! To say I was disappointed by my service today would be a HUGE understatement! I had called last week to make an appt and told «joe» who assuming is the owner I had a family and small bedroom to be cleaned. He told me it would be $ 135 — which seemed a lil high but was looking for a new company that would just do a good job. Today when the team arrived it was two young men who looked no older than 16 years old. They brought everything in, he measured my one room and I asked how much just to make sure and he told me it was a «minimum of $ 150» I told him what I was quoted and that’s what I would pay. I got the olé «we’ll if that’s what he said we will charge that THIS time only» line. The two guys that were here were so ignorant to each other and bickered the WHOLE time. It was like they literally hated each other. They were snapping back and forth at each other and very rude! They also never vacuumed anything up. The one said they should, and the more in charge one said, nah we don’t need to! Absolute worse customer service I’ve ever had! This company came with HIGH recommendations and I will DEFINITELY give my opinion when people ask me how my service was. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
