I have been getting my daughter Subway for years. She likes a sandwich with American cheese only, toasted, with a few extra pieces of cheese. I have purchased this sandwich dozens of times, the great majority at this location(and NEVER had a problem) until we visited on 11⁄29. I told the employee prior to making the sandwich that because there are no vegetables or meat on the sandwich, it has always been rung up as a veggie sandwich(without the charge for the few extra pieces of cheese.) He then proceeded to make the sandwich and insisted on charging me for the extra cheese. I reminded him the sandwich had no meat and no veggies and not once had I been charged close to an additional dollar for the few additional slices of cheese(when there were no veggies or meat) on the CHEESESANDWICH. He was relentless and repeatedly quoted Subway policy. I will not be back to this location.

Lol this is the WORST Subway I have ever been to in my entire life. I ordered a grilled chicken teriyaki sub and when I got to the vegetables I noticed that there was barely any black olives left and spinach left but definitely enough for my sandwich. The older gentleman that was making my sub put, and I counted, only 6 black olives on my sandwich. I asked him to put more and said he would have to charge me EXTRA! How insane. Also for some reason he didn’t want to open a new bag of spinach since there was barely any out. I walked out and politely rejected my sandwich and went to a different location.

Bad location. Not friendly. Toasted subs are barely above room temperature.

Horrible customer service at this location. Staff won’t even make eye contact with you. The girl seemed REALLY aggravated when I asked her for more onions after she only put TWO on my sandwich. I think she then decided to be a smart a** because she put a comical amount of onions on after I asked her for more. Save yourself some aggravation and go to a different location.

Not a bad Subway, it’s got a clean dining area, the food is tasty and all that too… Reasons for being a deuce — Skimpy in the veggies, mayo/mustard/vinegar department… Compared to other Subways I’ve been to, this one is pretty darn slow at making a sandwich… each deli slice had to be ‘placed just so’ or repositioned properly same with the cheeses. I’m all for a nice lookin’ sandwich or whatever, but this was like borderline OCD. Maybe it’s just the Subways in this area, the other one off 159th isn’t that great either. That one’s just a mess… Alas, I’ll still end up comin’ here for a sub if the mood for mediocrity strikes me…
