Utilized Cossidente & Salus in regards to a consultation and hope for a better piece of mind when going through a very trying and unfortunate times experiencing a potential Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Upon being greeted by Mr. Salus in his very unkempt, over sized clothing, his appearance was anything but as a professional attorney at law. Robert did not display any care or understanding to my circumstance nor shown much interest to even want to take on my case or help me out of my unfortunate times. His body language was very standoffish and almost as we were wasting his time with a Bankruptcy Case. Times must be too good for attorneys not to want to make a quick $ 3,500.00. Robert made myself and my better half leave his office in a worse sense of mind then entering, making it sound as we had to sell all of what we worked so hard for and we were going to loose everything and live life as a criminals. Not by any means of what I was expecting.
I will follow up this review with a list of preferred attorneys whom specialize in Chapter 13 and whom want to be helpful in such a difficult time.
My personal opinion… I would not use this attorney nor the firm in any areas this firm specializes in and I hope that this review helps others make a wise decision.
