As a professional counselor I seek to work with individuals in a non-​judgmental, understanding and compassionate manner. I hope to assist people to bring about choice and empowerment that they may feel is not possible. Life can be difficult but help is out there and available. I do tend to take a reality based and person centered approach within my sessions, however every person is an individual and therefore my interventions will be tailored to that particular person. I specialize in working with depression and every day issues that bring anxiety or despair to a person.
