Been eating here for 16 years. Still the exact same place. Nothing fancy but it’s always been there.

OHYUCK!!! this place is using the cheap, Scott Peterson or ALDI brand of hot dogs. No poppy seed buns… Fries were good. Iced tea tasted like plastic, which makes me think they are not cleaning the«gun» it comes out of… My husband said his burger was decent.

I eat here semi regularly. It is pretty decent. Has a drive thru and a few tables on the inside to sit down. No cards accepted so be sure to have cash on hand. Hot dogs are good. Jrito crunches with the corn chips and chili are not great. Always lukewarm. People who work here are super friendly and nice. Definitely family owned.

Jrs hotdogs has been here forever. Still operating the same. In the past few years I have been here three times. Every time I’m there they are out of breaded mushrooms. Either I’m unlucky, the mushrooms are amazing or they just don’t have them. The hotdogs are par for the coarse and the beef sandwich has a good flavor but when bread is soaked in auju, you can’t put it in the microwave to melt it because the bread turns to rubber and the mozzarella is melted all over the paper it is rapped in. Sad to say.

During my childhood my parents took us to the Jrs in Alsip on Pulaski. I loved that place. Every once in a while I still crave that pork hotdog. When I do and I am in the area, I stop here to fullfill that craving. 2 hotdogs with everything including celery salt and sport peppers and a diet pop to wash it all down. NOKETCHUP! I really like the dogs here. The owners can seem a little grouchy at times but thats ok.
