Ok.
Why does it take 2 employees to change one watch battery??!
I went in here for an odd — sized battery. there was an old guy ahead of me, who was getting a watch battery. BOTH employees disappear in the back room!
Finally, after 10 minutes or more, I went towards the back room, and gave a yell for someone to ring up one stinkin battery!
GEEZ, GUYS… THIS IS NOT BRAIN SURGERY! YOU DON’T NEED TO OVER SEE THE CHANGE OF A WATCH BATTERY!
and then. there was a guy in the very back of the store, who turned around when I asked someone to ring me up.
Who was another EMPLOYEE! !
I THOUGHT HE WAS A CUSTOMER!#
so…3 employees who know nothing about customer service, or priority..
