Super friendly staff and you never have to wait for a table because the place is so large. Food is fresh and plentiful and hot when it arrives. Desserts are big and REALLY great. It would be nice if they would bring back the fried ice cream pretty please! Also the sound quality is fine even when it is crowded. Very easy place to come back too!

Today is a special day — Veteran’s Day. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for offering a free meal to military veterans at Chili’s in Timonium. We sincerely appreciate your recognition of our men and women who serve and have served to allow us to live freely in this great country. Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness to all of our veterans. We enjoyed our lunch today.

Good as always. Could possibly consider doing«curbside» for to go. They do this at other establishments and I know first hand it Would definitely result in a larger tip.

I wasn’t expecting four star quality food but the salad that they brought out to me was unacceptable. Drenched in dressing, cold chicken, stale quesadilla. I had to send it back because I felt like I was eating a soggy bowl of lettuce. The service was mediocre but at least the server tried to keep our drinks filled. Went to the bathroom on my way out and the restrooms are a great representation of how dirty the restaurant is. Please pay more attention to the food you are bringing out to customers. With so many restaurants to choose from, improving quality of product will go a long way.

Okay, staff are nice. Food is good but your average easy going type of place. Wish the menu was a little more varied. Seems like lots of Mexican food and a few burgers. I love Mexican, but I’d like to have a few more options. We ordered fried pickles, they were a bit on the greasy side and kinda had a fishy taste to them… you can tell they must have been fried in the same oil that something fishy was. Im funny with that I can tell when my fries are like that so it may be just me. I’d go back, but maybe try the fajitas instead of the burger, which the roll was much to Bready for me.

I went here after going to the beer bourbon bbq festival at Timonium fair grounds. I was staying at the holiday inn and this chilis is attached. It was a rainy Saturday night and j did not feel like driving so this location was convenient. Was going to sit in but there was at least a 45 min wait for a table on the restaurant side. The bar was jam packed as well so I was forced to the Togo window. My food was prepared in about 20 – 25 min. Everything tastes like you would expect from chilis. Great prices dinner for two for 20 bucks. Would have been a solid 3 stars but looks like their staff could not keep up with the business volume this place does.

My wife and I went on a Saturday evening arriving at 7:15. Quite busy but the crowd appeared to be moving. Was told the wait would be «about 35 minutes.» Then noticed people who came in after us being seated, some twosomes and some larger groups. At the one hour mark I approached the young man who was handling the seating and asked him where we were in the queue. He had to dig through 3 sheets of paper(?) and it was obvious he had lost our reservation. I got the«escape» comment, «You are next on the list.» Seated at the table and waited another 10 minutes before a waitress showed up. I asked to see the manager, and I voiced my displeasure to him. He was kind enough to comp our drinks. Placed our order from the Two-for-Twenty menu; seems like a good value. Onion ring appetizer was excellent. My wife got the bacon cheeseburger — really good — and french fries — blah. I got the half rack of ribs with a side of their NEW skillet smoked potato wedges. First the potatoes; unpleasant smoky taste accompanied by a white dipping sauce that tasted like lemon yogurt. Does anyone really like this combination? The ribs; most other rib joints would consider this a child’s portion. Six ribs that probably contained no more than two ounces of meat in total. Tasted okay, but not what could be considered a dinner portion. Very disappointing visit. Only the comp drinks, cheeseburger and onion rings elevated this from a one star to two stars.

Have been to this location a few times. Each time I have been satisfied with the service and food. This time we were introduced to their table top computer which allows you to pay right at the table if using a card. It was quick and easy. Even could leave a tip and use a coupon with the computer service. I think if you pay with cash you still have to go through the waitress, but this seems more secure than giving your card for them to take someplace else as well as using an email coupon that was on my phone– I would not want to give my phone to anybody to take elsewhere. Service was fast and friendly.

(10/31/2014) Sometimes we like the Chili’s ribs so every once in a while it’s in the usual rotation. Usually we can’t stand the wait on a weekend night(at least 4 deep), lucked out tonight prob ’cause the families were out terrorizing the neighborhood with the rugrats fueling their future sugar comas. Decided to take a booth in the noisy, «lounge»(take your pick, loud aging hippie rock in the dining room or TV sportscasts and drunks in the bar). I wondered who hangs out at a Chili’s bar in the ‘burbs on a Friday night, looks like car-less(or lazy) guests at the Holiday Inn, nearby office monkeys after work, and a smattering a unadventurous locals. Took a little bit to be acknowledged by a server after being seated, but the menus were already there. A little delay at first, but after the first visit, pretty prompt on the refills, clearing. Seems like it’s all shared service, so we were checked on by many people. Our booth had a significant amount of leftover food on the floor and seats, was kind of grimy(fruit fly in my drink seemed to like it plenty though). 2 for $ 20 is a good budget option if there’s entrees on that list that interest you. Haven’t been in a couple of years, there were lots(LOTS) of «new» bolded menu items, total overhaul. Started with the California Chicken Flatbread. Pretty tasty, decent ingredients, fresh pico, thick slices of ripe avocado, plenty(touch too much) creamy ranch type dressing, tender chicken thigh meat, not good lift(knife and forker). Also got a Triple Dipper(AKA Triple Bypass) with Loaded Potato Skins, Chipotle Boneless Wings(spicy!), Southwestern Egg Rolls(standard fried food fiesta). Southern Smokehouse Burger was medium rare, surprisingly exactly as ordered, nice garlic dill pickles, plenty of bacon, nice crispy panko onion ring, bun a little dry, but held the tall stack pretty well. Fries were standard, from frozen, skin-on. Beef Enchiladas were more attractively plated than in most places, spicier than expected for the gringa eating it, strong chipotle heat. Overall, atmosphere was about what I expected, minus the TGIF bling, just your standard«let’s have great corporate funtime!» kind of place. Food exceeded expectations(a low start to begin with). I do like the at the table checkout, dispenses with the need to hunt someone down for a check when you’re ready to leave. A-OK if you’re looking for a little something for everyone and don’t consider yourself to be too special.

The appetizer and beers were just fine. The rest of the meal was cold and unappetizing. Our waitress was very nice and we enjoyed her service.

Love this Chili’s! My friends and I come here all the time! Kristine(not sure how to spell her name) is an awesome bartender! Food is always consistent. We usually sit in the bar and the servers are always friendly. They will always give us extra sour cream and are always right there to refill drinks, etc. Nachos are so yummy. Always have a good time here! Never had a problem. I don’t normally like chain restaurants but this particular Chili’s is really great. :)

I had to write this. We met up with about 20 members of our family visiting from out of town and went to Chili’s unexpectedly for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised by every aspect of our time there — the food, the service — the whole package. Our waitress was amazing — attentive, forgiving of our constant need for straws, refills on our drinks, and the need for a fair amount of time between appetizers and the meal. I ordered the vegetarian burger and was surprised by the good taste of the actual bean burger, as well as the great presentation. I’d just like to say, Go Chili’s. Thanks for helping to make this dining experience with my extended family wonderful in every way. We all liked our meal very much and particularly the excellent service we received. Good service, good food and great prices!

There is something different about this Chili’s. It is physically attached to a Holiday Inn. The HI uses it as its lunch/dinner restaurant and bar. That means it can be unusually busy. Other than that a Chili’s is a Chili’s is a Chili’s. Three star food accompanied by three star drinks served by three star and occasionally four star wait staff. I was at the hotel for several days and I used the bar here to keep up with the World Cup. The quality and number of TVs was just fine. It got the job done.

I like Chili’s, I really do. I can’t explain why… But I do. However, this place now has those screens on the table and it seems like once a restaurant gets those, it becomes all about throwing you out the door(see the nearby Applebee’s for more on this). When we sat down, we were given out menus and not even a minute later, our server came out and asked us if we were ready to order. She then reappeared two minutes later when not one person in our four person party had closed their menu, and once again asked us if were ready… And then two minutes later… Again! This pushy service has got to stop.

Ohhhhh, Chili’s, what have you done to your steak fajitas?! Went here with work mates the other day, as a sort of impromptu holiday luncheon. It was the second time I’d been there since our offices moved up Cockeysville way, and I typically opt for a local place for a better lunch, or the local Subway for a more pedestrian lunch. The first visit doesn’t even stick out in my mind, and I presume the food didn’t impress me enough that I chose to make the time and effort to post a review(I’ll often give a place a second chance, which is why I don’t have all that many one and two star reviews). This time around the food took a long time to arrive, and one of our party was given the wrong beverage. And my fajitas were so very, very disappointing. Don’t know what Chili’s has done as far as recipe changes, but the new fajitas — and mine were overcooked — tasted very heavily of black pepper. YUCK! Don’t think I’ll be returning, especially with so many other nearby options.

No better than we remember this chain or this location being. Don’t know why we bothered trying it again! Vegetarian — unfriendly, soggy lettuce, subpanel over baked fish. They misfired on everything we ordered. The pretzel sticks were the only ok item!

I like the 2 for 20 menu items. I also like the all u can eat soup and salad combo. Go here every now and then with coworkers. It gets crowded during the hours of 12 – 1 due to the lunch rush. If you can wait until after 1 it is best. There are not a whole lot of places to eat in the area and because of the office buildings around this place can get busy early during the work week. A nice bacon burger medium please! Tasty!

Usual Chili’s fare. Usual Chili’s service. Usual Chili’s atmosphere. This location is the definition of average. Which is good enough for a lunch meal with coworkers! One bonus this location has going for it is that when you say you are in a hurry, they step on it. Bonus points for busy business people.
