Established in 2015.

Baltimore Scalp Pigmentation originally opened under another name. However, after seeing the «parent company’s» unethical business practices, we parted ways and have never looked back. We are a proud, U.S. Veteran owned company and we treat everyone with class and respect.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Bill was originally introduced to Scalp Pigmentation through a permanent make up company in 2014. After learning the craft, he saw huge potential in this process and wanted to branch out on his own. After doing some research, he began training with a company in Rochester, NY. While running the business under this name, he began to see that this company was not the right fit for him. Bill then reached out to the true pioneer of the industry, Mark Weston of Artistry Concepts, and was thoroughly trained and mentored by him. Bill continues to work closely with Mr. Weston til this day.
