Silent Spirits provides sex abuse awareness materials and specialized training for organizations and communities to prevent sexual abuse. We have specialized expertise in child sexual abuse prevention in diverse communities. Over 10 years of experience working with Native American/​Alaska Native communities. Program development, sustainability, funding and reporting are other specialities provided.

History

Established in 2011.

Silent Spirits was launched in 2011 to raise awareness to the epidemic of sexual abuse in the USA. In 2005 Founder, Savenia Falquist-​Dionne, initiated and coordinated the film project «Silent Message». Silent Spirits is a phase two project from the film to provide localized support to address and prevent sex abuse.

Business Owner

Savenia Falquist-​Dionne is the Founder of Silent Spirits and has worked for 15 years in child sexual abuse prevention. She is also a survivor of child sexual abuse and incorporates her personal and professional experience into projects to increase awareness and work towards prevention. Savenia has been recognized locally and nationally for her community driven work. In 2007, she and a small group of teens/​community members received the FBI’s Director Award for a film project called «Silent Message». Silent Spirits is phase two of the film project and works to teach non-​offending adults how to protect vulnerable people from sex offenders. For more information: www​.silentspir​its​.info
